“Below my expections”
+The communication with the host was good, the self-check-in was easy to make. It has a fridge, the room is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped. Only 15-20 mins from the city center by foot.
−There is a horrible smell in the whole house, most probably from a cat's pee, I couldn't pass over it, we slept with the windows wide open. The bathroom was clean but it is outdated. You also need to take the rubish with you in order to avoid paying an extra 30 euros. No parking available without a reservation at the nearby garages (the property mentions that the parking is available, but you can barely find something, the entire area is super crowded).

+Location is good, and easy contact with host.
−The toilet is small, especially the shower cabin. The sink and faucet is in such an odd place that washing hands is difficult. Towels are not changed, you need to ask for it separately. The bedding on the bed was not clean or washed, you could see traces of semen from the previous guests! We also found a piece of a cut nail on the bed! The bed itself is uncomfortable, you can feel the mattress springs with every movement while lying down! There were only 2 hangers in the closet, so we had to hang our clothes and shirts on the shelves in the apartment. The only advantage is the relative proximity to the center, a 15-minute walk away. Anyway, not good enough service for the price.

−The air conditioning was being turned off automatically many times during the night!!! It looked like it was being controlled remotely! A bit weird!!! Strange device behing the tv set!

+Easy check-in. The sleeping room is big, nice and clean. It has a basic but modern look. Bed was comfortable. There was a small sofa. There was a big fridge and possibility to cook, and a wsshing machine so the studio is fitting for a longer stay. Location is close both to city centre and the train station. The owner was responding fast to our text messages.
−As the door is mich smaller then the other apartments on the floor it gives the first impression that the studio is a former storage room. The bathroom could be better made. Does not have a very clean look. Shower is very small. For me it was okay, but good to know for bigger people. Bathroom door is a light, plastic sliding door, which is not very isolating and went out of the rails once i tried to close it. Air conditioner did not work properly. We let the owner know but he answered it was on "stand-by" mode which will allow the AC to stop at the requested temperature and restart when it goes down. We tried with different temperatures, it was just not working. Basically only making noice, but not cooling the property. It was surprising for us that we had to bring our rubbish out on our own and clean the kitchen before leaving. Otherwise there wii be a 30€ fee. Very unconvinient, especially if you have to clean yourself and check out before 10 o'clock. We did not feel price was fitting the value.
