+The property was lovely, private, clean and full of any facilities we required. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially in their assurance of reuniting lost luggage from the airport to us.

“Comfortable well equipped and well run central apartment, we liked it”
+A very comfortable spacious apartment in a central location near the Bargello museum and perfect for seeing the city. Nice quality furniture and fittings. The person who greeted and gave us the keys was friendly and full of good tips. Everything you need for a pleasant stay in a beautiful historic building. The owner :/ manager answers messages quickly and is very helpful.

+Perfect location just a few meters from Bargello and Palazzo Vecchio and very close to Duomo. The room was big enough and though it's in such a central spot it was very quiet. Its a perfect choice for anyone who wants to be in the heart of the old town and still be in a calm and peaceful place. Matias helped us more than a lot with anything we needed and was a really great host
−Only that the couch that turns into double bed was not so comfortable as the other two beds in the upper floor.

“Perfecte locatie, fijne host, ruim appartement voor stel”
+Goed contact met eigenaren, reageren snel via whatsapp. Prachtige locatie en mooi appartement met hoog plafond. Ondanks de hitte goed koel te krijgen en te houden.
−Het bed stond niet waterpas maar dat kan waarschijnlijk niet. De douche is heel smal en lekt. Je kan niet in de nacht een raam open zetten

−Está a precisar de alguma obras, nomeadamente na infiltração da casa de banho. A falta de toalhas, que foi resolvido após alguma insistência.

+Расположение у апартаментов отличное! Центр, недалеко дворец Барджелло, площадь Санта Кроче. Наверное, из-за того, что апартаменты находятся на цокольном этаже (pianterreno, ground floor), один из вечером оказался очень шумным - компания молодежи праздновала день рождения в траттории недалеко от нас, а песни пели практически под нашими окнами. В апартаментах есть минимально необходимый комплект мебели и кухонных принадлежностей. Но на нижнем уровне нет никаких шкафов и вещи пришлось развешивать на перилах лестницы, стульях, складывать на широком подоконнике. Мебель и все оборудование апартаментов довольно "уставшее", лестница на второй ярус скрипит и перила слегка шатаются. Ходили аккуратно. Диван на первом ярусе оказался неудобным для сна. Очень благодарны Пауле за ее пояснения и полезные рекомендации, многими из них воспользовались! Grazie mille, Paula!
−Желательно подновить мебель, добавить уюта в апартаментах.

+La situación era fabulosa, el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario, todo muy aprovechado de una manera ingeniosa para que no faltara de nada. Ha sido agradable la estancia y la atención de los dueños muy cordial y muy pendientes de dar gusto a cualquier sugerencia.
