+The apartment was spacious for two person and there was a small patio. It was relative close to a bus station and to the Davos Dorf train station.
−I was traveling so didn't send the host an email before arrival. When I got there I thought someone would answer the door bell but there was nobody. I had to borrow a phone from a neighbor to call the host to get the checkin information. The host could have just given the information about checkin to my email without having to wait for me to call or wait for my email request. The host also wanted cash (119 Fr) to pay onsite. I thought running the same credit card would have been much easier. WIFI signal was so weak that it was not stable in the bedroom. The facility was really poor. The apartment was on floor zero without AC. If you open windows, then there were mosquitos and flies. There was no microwave, no dishwasher, no washing machine and we were told to buy our own trash bags if we use more than one that was provided!

+Great little apartment for family of four. Fully equipped kitchen (except no dishwasher or microwave). Very comfortable beds and furniture. Super location. Great value for the price.
−The sign on the back door said it would be locked after 8:00 pm but each day it was locked around 3:00 pm so we had to walk around to the front door. Not a huge deal but it was very icy out and I’m on a cane so having to walk back up the very slippery driveway and around to the front door was not appreciated.

+We rented the apartment for our stay during the "Spengler Cup". It was perfectly located 10-15 min walk to the ice hockey stadium. A small kitchen and all the needed facilities. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenies. I would rent it again.

+Cosy, clean appartment with a nice view. Great location; Parsenn lift was 10 minutes on foot, a lot of supermarkts near it. With transport everything was within 10 minutes accessible.

+Functional, compact but great value for money. Two additional pullout beds in the living room can help house/sleep a family of 4. Close to bus stop. Apartment is two stops from Davos dorf train station and one bus stop from Parsennbahn. Jasmin, the contact person, lives in the same building and was very gracious and helpful with all our initial questions. The fondue set was great to have.
−The oven was not working. I do not think the owner was aware of this. We informed Jasmin, but at the time there was really nothing she could have done to get it fixed for us. It would have been nice to have been able to use the oven, but we could get by without it. The fondue set was definitely a hit. Hopefully the oven will be fixed soon for the next visitors.

−Fr. 30.- pro Person für die Wäsche - für einen bereits verwaschenen Bettanzug, je 1 Duschtuch und 1 Handtuch für eine ganze Woche, und total nur 1 einziges Abtrocknungstuch in der Küche, total unhygienisch! Waschlappen gab es keine, ebenso fehlte ein Handtuch in der Küche. Als ich nach Ersatzwäsche fragte, sollte ich wieder Fr. 30.- bezahlen. Auf das habe ich verzichtet, neue Tücher im Migros einkaufen kommt billiger und sie gehören mir. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. In der Wohnung roch es leicht nach Zigarettenrauch. Das fällt mir als Nichtraucherin sofort auf, war zum Glück nicht intensiv.
