“Lies, dirt and more lies!”
+The only thing l like about the property was the lady that works there, Anna! That is it!
−1. The door has cracks in it, I felt as though anyone can peep through at night. 2. They advertised a kitchen so l brought food to cook as l am studying, come to find out the KITCHEN DOES NOT WORK, l WASTED MONEY BUYING FOOD TO COOK! 3. Instead of getting a fridge, l got a STINKY FREEZER! everything l brought was frozen so l had to buy takeout. 4. There are no working sockets near the bed, l had to ask for an extension cord to use the socket the FREEZER is connected to. 5. The place was not clean. 6. The parking was terrible! My car was boxed in, 6 cars parked in that small area! 7. I was told that a remote is only given to people that work there, l had to call Anna to open for me if l were to come in or out. Luckily l was studying and did not need to go anywhere but basically if Anna decides to go out…you’re locked in buddy! 8. The place is not quiet, l was not aware that people LIVE there when l was booking.

−Toilet was smelling, try to disinfect the chamber with domestos at least to get rid of the smell. This is not done only when cleaning (which I doubt the chamber is ever cleaned) but every night when the room is not occupied just squeeze the domestos and close it. It will stay clean and fresh. The bed was too hard, toilet sink dirt, handy Andy is recommended to clean around the sink. Pillow case covers smelling.

“I regret booking the Place”
+Nothing advertised existed
−Everything about the Place, the advert is misleading. It promises the whole apartment when you get to the accommodations there also tenants in the Premises, No Kitchen No Balcony It's just a room with with a bed and a Microwave, small bathroom No Soaps or cleaning appliances when I got there the rooms were not Swept. What I got was the total opposite of what was advertised. I Wouldn't recommend it

+False advertising! The shower head didn't work and it was a no value guesthouse.
