“Great property but very poor service to have no water which is dangerous. Owner then has declined a partial refund reque”
+The quiet and peaceful location with open land for the kids to play and the stream for them to swim in.
−There were no checks completed with the water tanks prior to our arrival which resulted in us having no water for the first night and next morning. I tried to follow the instructions to find the pump, walk to the top of the property and refill the large tanks but it wasn’t very clear and the pump had no oil. There was no guidance as to where the pump actually was. Owner wouldn’t answer our calls and we had to then do further research to find the property management owner as the property manager said she couldn’t help herself. We had to then wait for a handyman to come the next day, fill with oil and fill the tanks which took around 2-3 hours before we had water. Very scary and concerning considering we have 3 kids under the age of 4 and had NO water on the property to drink, shower or wash with.
