“Cozy, comfortable and very accessible.”
+We stayed in this place together with another couple....friends of ours. We had the apartment on Level 2 which had a total of 3 double beds (2 in 1 room, and 1 in the corner of the living room, shielded by curtains) and 2 bathrooms. The apartment was clean and quite spacious. The host provided detailed parking and check-in instructions which made things easy. Location by the Melaka River was excellent and walkable to Jonker street and other major attractions. The small box of kuih delivered the next morning added a thoughtful touch.

“Unit with Woahhh!!”
+location - if you love curious bakers/the grandma alcohol shop/tipsy riverside then this is the best for you. staff - very friendly, speedy reply, easy to communicate with, NO loooongggg house rules (if you know you know), surprise us with some local kuih in the morning (sweeet!), i ask for a visit when they cleaning another floor's room and the uncle aunty very welcoming. room - Although it is located in a very busy area but no noise at all when we sleep. The unit is super spacious, very clean, the fridge is big enough. *i love the mirror they prepare in each room, super friendly to makeup girlss 😅. And! the mattress and pillow is good haha, my bf even ask if we can buy a similar one check-in/out - easy to checkin and out, they allow us to checkin much earlier than the time stated (*if the room is ready) very kind owners. parking - only one free parking by their property (location nearby), following vehicles just park roadside/private land(rm6 perday)
−nahh. all good. please choose here. i think the only concern is if you bring eldest then choose the ground floor, the eldest might be a bit hard for them to walk up and down to the third floor.

“Excellent stay”
+Very spacious and tidy room. Excellent location nearby almost all the tourist visiting sites. Very friendly staff and they even offered fresh Malaysian sweets every single morning! Comfortable bed and we all had excellent sleep after a long-day travel. Bonus point: Backyaed Rio Melaka is just next to the river side, if you like animals, it is very likely that you can see a lot of different animals inside the river in the morning.

“Nice HOME”
+Location and the landlord. This is my place to stay each time here in Melaka either with relatives or with colleagues.. 3rd time in 3 years if not mistaken but Different building.

“Fabulous location, super friendly hosts.”
+Amazing location. Really couldn’t be better. On the doorstep of the river, great character area, close to everything you need. Very easy access and the hosts are really engaged and friendly and obviously keen to ensure our stay was great.
−Nothing really, although make sure you have cash to pay otherwise expect a quick trip to a close atm.

“Comfotable property with all amenities, close to everything with excellent and helpful owners.”
+Everything! Spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, great aircon and huge OLED TV were appreciated. Victor (the host) was excellent - he let me keep my hire car in the car park before and after the stay for a few hours, left Malaysian sweets for me each morning and was available instantly on WhatsApp for any questions. The location is really good - right on the river and only 5 mins walk to the main tourist area with a stack of restaurants and cafes around the immediate area. (Check out Curious Baker across the road for great coffee and excellent pastries!) I only had two nights and was sad I had to leave, I could easily have stayed another night or two.
−Nothing major - the towels were small and very thin which felt a bit cheap and there can be a smell of sewerage when you step outside, noting that is not a reflection on the property (hot, humid country and possibly polluted river) and you don't smell it inside. So really nothing major - it was a really enjoyable stay.
