“Great house for our money”
+The host was welcoming and the location is close to the beach. They provided mosquito repellents that get plugged in for all rooms. They have a washing machine inside the house and lots of place to dry your clothes. There is a hammock and a small slide for young children. The main door has a mosquito net so you can prop the slide in your eye view and cook and look at the kid outside (the place is ... In the backyard of the entire house complex, so it's safe, but keep an eye out). The bed was comfortable. And they have blinds at the windows that provide 98% darkness.
−Not a dislike, just a mention. The host lives next door, but she and her family are very welcoming and didn't bother us at all.

+The apartment was really clean, the hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure communicating with them. The shade in the garden was very pleasant. Overall, a nice place to stay with your family.
−I found the neighbors on the second floor extremely noisy. It was very hard, and even impossible to sleep in the night or during the quiet hours. They were moving furniture, talking loudly in the rest hours, even making repair works. It was really frustrating as it repeated each single night and we couldn't rest well. Regarding the facilities, the bed in one of the rooms was creaking and the air-conditioning could work only if you close all windows of the whole apartment and the main door, which is not very nice as there are two bedrooms in the apartment and one can want air-conditioning while the others may not like it.

“Superb”
+Great apartment, spacious with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were very nice, had water and juice in the fridge waiting for us and gave us a present at the end of our stay (olive oil from the olive trees in the yard). The yard is not very big but it is pretty and the kids had fun with the hammock. Close to Toroni beach and a short driving distance to other (better) beaches (lighly recomnend Sykia beach for families).

“Immaculate apartment a short walk from Toroni Beach”
+An absolutely first class property! Great communication from the host with easy instructions to access the property. The apartment is wonderful, in a great location a 5 minute walk from the beautiful Toroni Beach and with a good parking spot on site. The place was spotlessly clean and had all amenities for a really comfortable stay. There was real attention to detail and we could not have felt more at home there. There is also a lovely garden and outdoor area, all beautifully kept. The bed was very comfy, the shower is awesome (good water pressure and plenty of hot water) and when we did have a problem with the hot water system the owner immediately sent her sister, who lives locally, around to help and the problem was resolved within half an hour. Excellent service indeed and highly recommended!
−Absolutely nothing....except the fact we couldn't stay longer!

“Good for families”
+We were a family of four with two kids (age 2 and 5). The property offered enough space with two separate bedrooms and a kitchen. There was also a veranda we could use for lunch and dinner outside. Everything was very clean and the garden well-maintained. Parking inside the property was also easy. The host was very hospitable and kind and occupied the apartment next door. They don't speak English but use Google Translator and made sure we had everything we needed. Toroni beach is a 5 min walk. There is also a supermarket nearby which worked until 10pm.
−We didn't like the tap water (yellowish, salty) which we didn't use even for brushing teeth but this is probably the case with water all over Toroni. We also did not like the twenty meter path walk from the house to the street which was not paved and it covered our shoes with dust when going out for an evening walk.
