+هيك كتبت عل رفيو عل غوغل : We had a wonderful stay at Ayla Chalets and really enjoyed our time there. The villa was very clean, comfortable, private, and safe. We felt welcome from the very first moment until the end of our stay. The watchman was always available, very friendly and helpful, and provided excellent service whenever we needed anything. All our family members really enjoyed the swimming pool. For me personally, the BBQ area, fireplace, and the beautiful view towards the Dead Sea were definitely some of the highlights of our stay. The location is also very convenient, perfectly situated between Amman, the airport, and the Dead Sea, which made it an excellent base for our trip.
−One small tip for future guests: the road leading to the chalets can be a little difficult to follow, and it is easy to take a wrong turn. Make sure to check the location and directions carefully before arriving.

The staff gave us a different chalet than the one we had booked with a weak excuse, and later it became clear that he had rented out our reserved chalet to other guests. • His behavior was completely unacceptable - rude, disrespectful, and uncooperative with the guests. • Even worse, he entered the chalet daily during our absence without any clear reason, and the place was never cleaned throughout the stay. • When we tried to address the issue with him, his response was extremely poor and inappropriate. The only positive point was the nice view, but unfortunately, that does not make up for the terrible service and the overall disappointing experience.

−Leider können wir nicht viel zu dem Haus sagen da wir nicht dort waren. 2 Stunden nachdem wir gebucht hatten, die Bestätigung erhalten hatten waren wir auf dem Weg dorthin. Kurz vor dem Ziel mit unseren Kindern die total müde waren wurde unsere Buchung vom Gastgeber storniert weil er das haus zur gleichen Zeit jemand anderem vermietet hatte die mehr bezahlten als wir. So noch nie erlebt auf Booking. Wir standen mitten in der Nacht und total abgelegen da und wussten nicht was wir machen sollten.

“Na jedną noc w sam raz, ale przy dłuższym pobycie radzę się zastanowić.”
+Ciekawa lokalizacja, z dala od miasta na wzgórzu z widokiem. Spoko basen...i na tym się kończy. Podróżowałem w grupie 14 osób. Wszyscy odnieśli mieszane uczucia po pobycie.
−Obiekt średnio był przygotowany na nasz przyjazd (krzesła, stoły, stoliki stały do góry nogami na innych meblach). Pościel była czysta, ale wszędzie w około już nie było zbyt czysto. Trochę odrapanych ścian i wiele niedoróbek. Szkoda, że nie zapewniają ręczników.

+Priveliștea este minunată, faptul ca are piscină constituie un avantaj. Este spațioasă la parter, însă dormitoarele de la etaj sunt foarte mici și compuse din două paturi (cele două dormitoare de la etaj).
−• ca nu a mai fost facuta curățenie de ceva timp. • nu se răspunde la mesaje. • drumul nu este cel mai strălucit…. • nu am găsit prosoape și am fost nevoiți să solicităm, am primit câte un prosop de persoană. Menționez toate aspectele acestea în ideea în care proprietarul ar avea mult mai mult de câștigat dacă s-ar implica puțin mai mult. Într-adevăr, a fost greșeala mea ca nu am citit recenziile înainte de a rezerva proprietatea, cu siguranță decizia ar fi fost alta.

−الجاكوزي لايعمل ولم يتم اخبارنا من قبل . لايوجد تدفئة لمياه المسبح رغم انه مذكور بأنه يوجد تدفئة لمياه المسبح .(لقد كانت مياه المسبح جدا باردة ) يوجد غرفة من الغرف العلوية لاتحتوي على خزانة ملابس ولا على جلالة لنافذة الغرفة اي انه عند حلول المساء تكون مكشوفة بالكامل . لا توجد اضائة كافية عند المساء بجلسة المسبح الخارجية . لايوجد نشاطات للكبار.(مثل فيشة و بينغ بون)
