“Worthwhile”
+This is an ultra-modern apartment with the most spectacular view over the mountain. We were there for one day and overall it was good.
−There were no instructions on how to use the appliances or the air conditioning. It was a very cold day. I suggest that some heaters would be useful. When we finally managed to work the aircon, it only warmed up the lounge. While the apartment was clean, we did find two cockroaches. It was a complete surprise. The management just needs to address that, which is easy to do. We did book late the day before we arrived, so time may have been a problem.

“Was a great stay”
+Peaceful, relaxed and on a daily there room service would come clean and stock up the tea and coffee. Every 3rd day clean towels and bedding.
−Beds were uncomfortable for us.

“Worst stay ever!!!!!!!”
+The location was really great.
−I never leave a comment on a place that I have stayed, but the treatment I received from people and staff in this accommodation establishment was of the worst level I have ever had. Because of parking that was numbered incorrectly, a gentleman that lived in the complex tried to clamp my wheel within the first 3 hours without no one contacting me. I rented 2 three bedroom units that were on separate floors because I had family members from overseas staying as well, but due to security could not have access to the different floors without having to go to ground floor every time and wait for the security to allow us access to a unit that we paid for. The front desk security treatment of my family and myself was of a poor standard, with them not willing even to greet us or help us in any shape or form. The one unit had only 2 forks in it. The other one had an oven that didn't work and not one knife with a sharp blade to cut anything. The one unit smelled of smoke the whole stay due to permanent residents living on higher floors. I could go on for another 2 pages of all the things and treatments we got of such a low and unacceptable standard. Like I said in the start, this is the only t
