+The area it is located in is amazing for food and drinks we always found the best food right near the apartment with in 5 minutes near Fukushima station there are many local alleys full of different restaurants and standing Izakayas. We absolutely loved it. There was even a restaurant that specializes in puffer fish and it was our first time trying it. I highly recommended this location.

“Great value! Great staff!”
+Close to transportations. Staff is very quick to respond at arrival with my questions. Having a washer is a huge plus, but I wish there was an indoor drying rack to hang the clothes.
−It’s quite close to the tracks, but trains stop running at midnight in Japan, it wasn’t a bother to us, but others might.

“Cheap, clean and convenient but don't recomend for a more than couple of days”
+The location was close to the Fukushima Station, grocery store and convenience store. The washing machine worked. The host was response to our complaints to the lockbox. The tired stained couch was replaced while we were in residence. It was nice to have a kettle, microwave and rice cooker.
−The lock box was difficult to use. The remote to the TV did not work. There were scant cooking utilities (one pan with a lid, 3 forks, 3 spoons, 3 small plastic plates, 3 plastic cups, one spatula, one knife and one ladel, but no cutting board). No bidet. The location was convenient to the metro, but the track ran right next to the building and could hear it run at night. My partner and I are from the USA and stayed here for 12 nights. The place was spartan from our standards, lacking any personal touches. Plenty of room for a small table or bedside tables.

“Very dissappointed .”
+The only thing we were happy with was that it wsd clean AND it was comfortable .
−Nightmare checkung in and Getting access to ghd key . Codes for Key access eere not communicated properly . The method of opening front building door wasnt communicated AND we lost a whole day figuring it out ourselves . Too noisy. Too close to busy rail line , and this wsd not disclosed at time of Booking.

“Très bon séjour”
+L' endroit etait très propre et absolument conforme aux photos. Les quelques échanges avec les hôtes ont été très cordiaux. L'emplacement est proche des commodités et d'une station de train. C'est spacieux. Pas de personnel à l'entrée. Si vous effectuez la procedure de check-in depuis votre smartphone Android, utilisez le browser Opera. Chrome, Brave ou Samsung ne m'ont pas permis d'y arriver.
−On pourrait regretter l'absence d'une lampe au chevet du lit pour une lumière un peu moins forte que celle du plafonnier. Mais c'est un détail.

+Pulito e accanto alla stazione di fukushima, check e check out rapidi! Si sente il rumore dei treni ma personalmente non ci disturba più di tanto. Siamo stati bene!
