“Disappointing!!!”
+Location good for access to Salisbury. Bedrooms, kitchen & bathroom OK apart from points mentioned below.
−As soon as you walked in it was obvious it is or had been a student house. In the entrance hallway there were numerous stains on the carpet and also in the lounge area. There were many marks on the walls and it felt grubby. The sofa was stained. The cooker hob extractor was caked in grease. The cigarette tray in the yard was overflowing. Holes in the wall in one of the bedrooms. It was by far the most disappointing place we have stayed when booking on booking.com. We complained to the owners and asked for a reasonable compensation, after the first response to acknowledge receipt there was no further communication from them, even after chasing. Also contacted booking.com for assistance, they did not get a response from the owner and referred us back to them. Overall a poor experience of the property and poor customer service. Impression given is that once they have your money they don't care.

“Good location, clean with good facilities. Parking a bit tricky but value for money.”
+Well supplied with great filter coffee, jam and biscuits. Good location even though out of the centre. Two comfy beds. A bit noisy at front but quiet at night. Permit parking 8am-6pm but managed with local on street parking and Lidl car park in day. Loved the secure key pad once we got the hang of it. Lidl was a very short walk and air conditioned (was 33 degrees in the day).
−Bed in back bedroom a little hard. The bin overflowing in the back garden was a bit tricky to navigate but we were warned and fans would have been good as it was so hot.

+Lovely house, perfect for 3 on a week's work trip. Quiet, comfortable, clean, well equipped and great communication. Gorgeous big bathroom! Recommended.

“Live like the locals”
+Jätte typisk engelska radhus. Bequem, rent och mycket plats för två (vi bara användade sovrum uppe). Köket var väll utrystat, badrum stor och ren.
−Parkering var en problem, men vi lyckade andra dagen med en mycket närmare plats... Trädgården kunde behöver liten TLC
