“The location is excellent, but the value for money and the quality of the apartment are not on the same level.”
+This object has an excellent location, it is in the center of the city, close to all famous sights. It was also very convenient for us that the apartment had two bathrooms.
−The booking page shows photos of two bedrooms with a double bed and one room with a couch, but when we arrived, we were greeted by a bedroom that had everything we needed and room with couch with a mattress placed on it, and an extra bed that was propped up against the wardrobe so we couldn't use it! We didn't know where to put our clothes - there wasn't a single chair, the curtains were torn, and the bedside lamp was broken. We later found out that the room we had seen on the booking site was locked,we still don't understand why... In the bathroom, you had to be careful when showering because water would leak all over the floor. There were no extra towels or cloths, so we constantly had to wipe the floor using toilet paper… Some items in the kitchen were not completely clean, so we had to wash them before use. Wifi was quite bad and was not available in most of the apartment.

+All instructions were given on whatsapp ahead of time. Very accomodating, help given as required.
−Some issues with electricity but calls and messages sent to staff are answerd immediately with instructions.

“Lovely central location walkable to most key sites”

+We had a wonderful stay at Avignenosi Flat. The apartment was in an excellent location, within walking distance of Rome’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The host was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Check-in was easy, and the apartment was exactly as described. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Avignenosi Flat to anyone visiting Rome. Thank you for your hospitality!

“Udoban, komforan stan na odlicnoj lokaciji”
+Lokacija je odlicna, mnogo sadrzaja je na pesackoj udaljenosti. Stan je jako komforan, kreveti su udobni, kuhinja je solidno opremljena. .
−Jedina mana je sto nismo imali priliku da ostavimo prtljag na cuvanju poslednjeg dana, vec smo morali u 10h da napustimo stan sa stvarima.

“Parfait”
+J'ai aimé l'emplacement, à deux pas de la Fontana di Trevi, en plein centre. Nombreux restaurants, cafés, boutiques, à proximité. L'appartement est moderne, spacieux, propre. Il y a la clim dans chaque chambre et dans la cuisine. Très appréciable par temps de canicule. Malgré le fait que ce soit central, nous avons très bien dormi. Pas de bruit. L'arrivée et le départ faits en autonomie, en suivant les règles reçues. Je recommande vivement.

−Estaba sucio, faltaban toallas, papel higiénico y dispensador de jabón, sábanas sucias, enchufes rotos, paredes sucias. Tuvimos un problema con la cerradura de entrada y el anfitrión no respondía haciéndonos perder una mañana de viaje.
