“Superb stay”
+The pictures dont do it justice... fabulous location and facilities. Extremely large bedrooms and wonderful hosts that greeted us late afternoon our flight delay. Very close to the Vatican. Will definitely stay again.

“Ideal place to stay, especially if you need handicap accesibility.”
+We had an excellent stay here, especially because we were traveling with my 87-year-old mother, who has limited mobility. The ground-floor accommodations were ideal for her. She had no problems getting around and had no need to use the stairs to the second floor. Having a washer available was a huge convenience and allowed us to pack lighter for our trip. The hosts were very helpful and took the time to show us how to use the features we needed. The air conditioning also kept the main living area very comfortable, which was especially appreciated during the very hot weather in Rome. Overall, there were minor issues and definitely not deal breakers. For us, the accessibility, ground-floor living arrangement, washer, helpful hosts, and effective air conditioning made this an excellent choice. We would definitely recommend this property, particularly to travelers with mobility limitations.
−There were a few ants noticed on the kitchen table and floor near the table, so that is something that could be addressed. The upstairs bathroom was also quite warm and had limited ability to cool due to the layout. That said, the warmth actually worked well for drying clothes on the drying rack. It was hot, but not unbearable in the evening, and the extreme heat in Rome was certainly a factor.

+Location was above my expectations. Fantastic market, few good places for breakfast, dinner and supper. A very good food store. All about 5 minutes by walk. And additionally a metro station Cipro 6-7 minutes as maximum. And the entrance to a Musei Vaticani just 12 minutes. A very good pleasant area. And when the city heating was turned on on November 15th, it was great. I did not suffer from cold and the heating can be adjusted which is a huge plus in Rome
−Well, a kitchen and utensils are a bit worn out. I was missing normal size tea/ coffee cups. And a separate simple coffee-maker like french-press. I personally did not like that the entrance door opens directly to the courtyard, but in a couple of days I got used to that

“Nothing to complain, hosts were really great.”
+Nothing to complain, hosts were really great. All the amenities which are needed as a tourist were there. 2 bathrooms, fully functional kitchen, high speed wi-fi. This location is at 10 min walk to Vatican city. Thank you Simona for hosting us.

−The noise honestly was the worst part, just pounding and banging. I don’t know if it was the park next door or the neighbors. It was all the time evenings the middle of the night.

“Recomendado y práctico!”
+Las instalaciones muy cómodas, dotadas de zona para lavado de ropa, una cocina con todo lo que requieres, dos baños muy cómodos también y su habitación principal, cama extra grande matrimonial. Está muy cerca a la estación del Metro o a paradas del bus (algo que nos encantó), al rededor al supermercados, restaurantes, farmacias, una ubicación privilegiada con su entorno y nos pareció muy seguro el barrio. La anfitriona muy amable de principio a fin y súper pendiente de nuestra llegada, nos tenía una botella de agua fría cuando llegamos. Tiene un muro de frases de agradecimiento de muchas personas de muchos países, me pareció hermoso, dejamos el nuestro 🇨🇴
−Queda pegado a la calle y la portería, por lo que cualquier paso de personas en voz alta o cualquier cierre de la portería se escucha (si eres de sueño ligero como el caso de mi esposo puede afectarte un poco) Pero es muy seguro y cómodo. recomendaría llevar tapaoidos si eres como mi esposo. Igual repetiríamos!!!

+Appartamento a 10 minuti a piedi da piazza San Pietro e vicino anche alla fermata della metropolitana quindi facilmente raggiungibile. i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e accoglienti al nostro arrivo. l'appartamento molto carino e pulito, con due stanze da letto indipendenti e addirittura 2 bagni. e aria condizionata in entrambe le stanze. la zona è servita da bar per la colazione e ristorantini e ci è sembrata in generale molto tranquilla. assolutamente consigliato...e se tornerò a Roma sicuramente tornerò da loro!!

“Buen ambiente”
+La ubicación es muy buena, la atención recibida, excelente. El lugar, en general, está bien, solo que el segundo piso es incómodo porque las escaleras son muy altas y dificultan subir equipaje. Ayuda a tener una agradable estancia.
