+Great location looking out to the sea, facing the moored yachts and all the hustle and bustle of the port. We loved sitting outside the apartment with a coffee and being in the heart of the village. Parking was easy and we often got a space right outside the apartment. Everything was exceptionally clean and neat and the apartment was very well equipped. The essentials were provided so no need to buy washing up liquid/kitchen roll/ground coffee/ etc. The host even left us a bottle of wine and a large bag of ice for drinks! Wouldn’t recommend for elderly visitors as the stairs up to the mezzanine are quite steep.
−All was excellent to be honest. Minor comment - You need to remember to take the key with you if you sit outside as if the door closes it locks and you need a key to get back in.

“Beautiful apartment right on the port”
+The apartment is great and beautiful and can be comfortable even to a family of 4 people. The mattresses are super comfortable! The owner was flexible with us regarding the check in time which was very nice. The apartment advantage is also its disadvantage - it’s right on the port and tavernas. So on one hand close to everything and you literally wake up to the beautiful see but it’s also very noisy at night.
−It’s very hot in the upper floor (where you sleep), the aircon freezes the room but the hot air goes up. So was a bit hard to control the temperature in the apartment

“Perfect place, great location”
+Comfortable space with all amenities you need. Perfect, central location. Bed was comfortable. It gets pretty hot upstairs even with the air conditioning, but there is also a fan in the cupboard if you need.

+Great location, close to everything - ferry, food stores, tavernas, bars, swimming places, park. It was very nice of Annie to provide an earlier check-in, she kept in touch and could help with any questions during the stay!
−Was not a problem for me, but if you are a tall person - mind the height of the bedroom level, it's enough for 175 or so I guess (maybe 180).

+Hosts were very helpful, waiting at the apartment with a big smile and lots of advice on how to spend my time in Ermioni. The apartment felt fresh, very cozy, sparkling clean and had everything, from ironing board to hairdryer. Location is excellent as nothing is more than a few minutes (like 5' tops) away.
−Being that the apartment is right on the main road, it can get loud on busier months. This time of the year it was mostly quiet. Having said that, windows soundproof the apartment adequately.
