+I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is incredibly convenient, as it is very close to the train station and easy to get to. The self check-in process was seamless,the host sent all the clear instructions in advance, allowing for a completely contactless and hassle-free arrival. The apartment itself is very cozy and spotlessly clean. The bed linens and towels were fresh and immaculate. The AC works perfectly and kept the place nice and warm. I also really appreciated the small kitchen equipped with a kettle. The host was wonderful, very responsive, and happily answered all my questions. I highly recommend staying here!

+The apartment was clean, we were also provided some towels and kitchen utensils, which was nice. The host was helpful and communicative, answering all of our questions in a timely manner. The apartment complex is located a bit more inward from the main street, meaning that it was nice and quiet during our stay, even though the apartment complex is on a somewhat busy street.

−В ванной не было вентиляции, матрасы и постельное не первой свежести, была забита раковина и душ. Очень грязный район,видимо потому что находится рядом с вокзалом

“Bel appartement au mais décevant sur plusieurs aspects.”
+À 2 minutes de la gare et beaucoup de commerces aux alentours pour manger, pharmacie, et épicerie+ arrêt Hop on Hop off à proximité. Très calme comme endroit.
−Odeur d'égouts épouvantables dans la salle de bain et nous agresse en rentrant dans l'appartement. L'odeur reste toujours présente dans le reste de l'appartement alors j'ai gardé la porte de la salle de bain fermée afin de solutionner. D'après les commentaires précédents, que je n'avais pas vu, le problème semble dater depuis un bout mais la proprio m'a simplement répondu qu'il y avait un refreshner dans la salle de bain et s'excuse pour les inconvénients. L'appartement est au 3 et étage et pas d'ascenseur et je crois que ce n'est pas mentionné, j'ai eu beaucoup de difficultés à monter mon bagage étant seule. La plaque de cuisson de la cuisinière ne fonctionnait pas et l'état des articles de cuisine était inacceptable. Râpe à fromage rouillée et une seule poêle et en mauvais état (voir photos ) + pas de machine à café. Une seule serviette est fournie et rien d'autre pourtant indiqué linges de maison dans les infos, elle devrait retirer le s. J'ai été contrainte d'acheter des Scott towels, rien pour essuyer la vaisselle. Lit très rudimentaire et pas super confortable. Bel appartement mais beaucoup d'aspects décevants.

+Monolocale perfetto, arredamento grazioso, molto moderno. Fornito di tutto: lavatrice, microonde, bollitore elettrico. Check in e check out automatico e super rapido.
−È al terzo piano senza ascensore: non adatto a persone con difficoltà di deambulazione. Vicino alla stazione, zona non molto bella la sera.
