+The location was convenient and quiet. The apartment had potential and some interior details looked nice in the listing photos.
−Unfortunately, the property did not fully match the listing photos and description. Several items shown in the listing were missing on arrival, including curtains, a bathroom mirror and some basic items. There were also issues with damaged flooring, exposed wires, unstable internet and unfinished overall condition of the apartment. Some parts of the accommodation did not feel comfortable or properly maintained. Because of the overall experience, I decided to leave earlier than planned.

“Amazing”
+We really enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and very comfortable, and everything felt thoughtfully arranged. It was especially nice to see that the space is well adapted and convenient for people with mobility difficulties. We felt genuinely welcomed, including with our pet, which meant a lot to us. There was a strong sense of care and attention throughout our stay. We were also very grateful for the flexibility, as we were kindly allowed to arrive earlier than planned. Overall, we felt supported, comfortable, and truly taken care of. A sincere and warm experience , we would definitely recommend this place.😊

“Original renovation, but I wasn't planning on living in a construction site.”

−The apartment is under construction. We were not warned about this before booking. In some places there is no lighting (you have to turn on the construction lights), somewhere there are pipes and wires sticking out. The shower is separated from the living space by a curtain, not a door. There's no sink in the kitchen.

“Good spot for concert or sightseeing trip”
+The apartment is located 5 minutes work from Darius and Girenas stadium, the location is perfect if you are going to the concert or to other activities in Kaunas center. It has lots of beds and spaces, authentic derails add more charm. All necessary amenities for short stay are at place, it also has a playground for children.
−The apartment is under renovation, there is no lights in the shover and some open installation. It is detached with neighbours house.

+Sijainti oli hyvä. Puisto ja ruokakauppa olivat lähellä. Keskustaan oli kävelymatka.
−Piti olla ilmainen pysäköinti. Ei ollut. Joutui maksamaan arkipäivisin 0.5€/tunti. Illalla ja viikonloppuna on vain ilmainen. Keittiön piti olla täysin varusteltu, mutta keittiön allas puuttui. Keittiössä ei ollut myöskään valoa. En tiedä, missä astiat olisi pitänyt tiskata? Pimeässä kylpyhuoneessako? Sieltäkin puuttui valo. Suihku oli todella erikoinen keskellä asuntoa. Pistorasiota on liian vähän käytössä Olisi ollut kiva, jos ulkona olisi kalusteita, jotta olisi voinut nauttia kesäpäivistä. Huonetta ei saanut pimeäksi, joten nukkuminen oli vaikeaa. Sohvasängyt ovat melko kovat. Toivottavasti remontti edistyy pian
