+The place is so clean you literally could eat off the floor, large enough for 4 people, showers are wonderful. Anna is a fantastic host and she went far and beyond to accomodate our need/requests. It is not a place where you would cook a michelin meal but all the basic implememts are there. There are a couple of very nice pizzerias in walking distance as well as bar for you morning cappuccino and cornetto. Fantastic lication for transport, historic centre, circunvesuviana to Pompei and ferry terminal for the islands less then 10 minutes walk,
−Unfortunately Naples is a very dirty and noisy place and the areas surrounding the apartment are the real Napoli. Do not let this put you off visiting.

+He beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were fine. The hosts were pleasant and helpful.
−Tis appartment has a kitchen and 2 bedrooms. There isn't a sitting are or a living room, therefore somewhat owkward. The noise at night. The night entertainment of driving motorcycles around the building resulted in the sleeples nights. The last night was saved by the owner's intervention.

“FABULOUS!!! I mean FABULOUS!!!!”
+This apartment is simply FABULOUS!!!! Don't get concerned about the outside, the inside is a dream. The host must of been and interior decorator in a previous life...everyting is so perfectly appointed, and he even provided all kinds of beverages...including ( I mean even Lemoncello!!!) Also, the host was most helpful and provided all the information you need to find your way around the city as well as everything you could ever need in a home away from home. If I ever come back....I hope this place is still here......
−The neighborhood looks a little run down (but you can walk to just about anywhere you need to without fear). Theouter hallways also looked like they were under major construction but everyone is very nice.

“Excellent! Fabulous apartment with everything you need!”
+Bright, comfortable and very well equipped apartment that was spotlessly clean throughout. Lots of thoughtful extras throughout the apartment, a well stocked fridge with bottle of wine, soft drinks and water, along with a selection of Italian biscuits on the dining table. Excellent information file with everything you need to know both on the apartment, local services & tourist attractions. The hosts Erico, Anna and Alessio were all lovely and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. Great full length balcony for a relax in the sunshine! The apartment location is in a typical working class area, with a fab bakery next door & Bro Pizza close by. It is 10 minutes away from the main train station and supermarket and a 15+ minute walk to the main road in the direction of Napoli tourist attractions.

“Excellent apartment, ok location but needs some sound proofing.”
+The apartment is certainly one of the best that I have stayed in while traveling around Europe. The setup is outstanding and all of the feature needed for a very comfortable stay were present and in excellent condition.
−You can hear the noise from the upstairs neighbors at all hours, even at 2am in the morning.

+Excellent location, there was everything what you could be needed and more in the property. Clean, nicely decorated. Host is great and welcomed. During my trip in Italy I went through five properties in different cities and I found that this apartment was the best.

“Amazing, clean, airy, close to everything we needed.”
+It was in a great location. Walking distance to the harbour, shops, landmarks and train stations. The owners were amazing, so helpful and welcoming. Leaving drinks in the fridge and even offering to take us to the airport at the end of our stay (we gave them money of course). The beds were so comfy and the rooms were extremely clean. There was security on the doors in the day and cctv on the apartment door which gave us peace of mind too.
