“The overall experience could be improved”
+The location of the apartment is good and convenient, especially for getting around the city center.
−However, the overall experience had several aspects that could be improved. The apartment is located on the first floor and has little natural light and ventilation. Upon arrival, we could feel the humidity and the lack of prior ventilation. Although the living-dining area and the bathroom were in good condition and appeared to have been recently renovated, basic items such as hand soap in the bathroom were missing. In addition, the bedrooms had walls damaged by humidity, and some furniture was barely attached to the walls, which gave a sense of poor maintenance. Furthermore, some of the beds and towels were not completely clean or had visible stains. Regarding communication, the host did not send the necessary check-in information until after the scheduled check-in time, and we had to request it ourselves because we had not received anything beforehand. From that moment on, communication was quick, but the overall interaction still left something to be desired.

−Die Wohnung war und ist wahrscheinlich immer noch voller Schimmel. Die Wände sind extremst feucht. Als wir ankamen waren die Handtücher, die auf den Betten lagen, alle feucht. Diese extreme Feuchte hat uns, vor allem unserem Sohn, so zu schaffen gemacht, das wir nicht schlafen konnten. Ich habe mit dem Besitzer gesprochen, damit wir früher abreisen können, da sich der Gesundheitszustand meines Sohnes aufgrund der Feuchte und des Schimmels verschlechtert hatte. Ich hit ihm an, dass wir 2 Nächte bezahlen und den Rest dann zurückerstattet bekommen, da ja die Wohnung die reinste Zumutung für uns alle war. Doch er wollte nicht hören. Also telefonierte ich mit Booking com. Die Damen und Herren waren sehr nett und gaben uns einen Ausweg. Nach 2 Nächten haben wir das Appartment verlassen. Der Besitzer hat uns NICHT geholfen, in keinerlei Hinsicht. Wie gesagt, ist das Appartment eine Zumutung, mit den verschimmelten und nassen Wänden. So etwas kann man ja nicht anbieten. Da wird man nur krank.

“Amplio apartamento en el centro de Cádiz”
+Ubicación perfecta. Amplio apartamento con 3 habitaciones independientes. Buena comunicación con el anfitrión.
−Como recomendación, poner unas cortinas en la habitación que da a la calle. Al ser un bajo, tenía que tener la persiana hasta abajo para tener privacidad y la luz siempre encendida. También unas pequeñas mesitas de noche con algún cajón, era difícil guardar las cosas en esa habitación.

“Bonito por fuera, falta de limpieza por dentro”
+La ubicación. Excelente, céntrico, al lado del mercado de abastos de Cádiz. Es una maravilla, diría que lo mejor del apartamento. La atención del casero también fue buena, aunque no hizo falta llamar mucho, enseguida nos atendió.
−La limpieza, la humedad, las cucarachas. Es cierto que es un bajo, estamos en Cádiz y contra la humedad y las cucarachas no se puede hacer nada, pero en cierta medida echamos en falta algo más de limpieza, se notaba que las paredes estaban desgastadas de la humedad, una capa de pintura no hubiera venido mal y algo más de ayuda para el tema del olor y las cañerías.

“Excelente ubicación y atención”
+La ubicación y la atención del personal fue excelente
−Olía mucho a humedad y a insecticida, y le faltaba limpieza. No obstante para una noche nos pareció bastante bien por la excelente ubicación que era lo que buscábamos. El señor que nos atendió fue super encantador y nos dejó salir una hora más tarde tras nuestra petición.
