“Central apartment, a short walk from everything you want to see in Pula”
+Very spacious apartment. Very centrally located. Comfortable beds. Good hot shower. Well-stocked kitchen.
−There is no parking nearby - the host suggested a place without payment but it was a good 10-15 minute walk away. The closest parking has a 2hr limit.

“One-Night Family Stay with Two Children”

−*Parking is limited, with only a 2-hour parking option available nearby. For longer stays, alternative free parking is a 30-45 minute walk away, which may be inconvenient, especially at night. *The Wi‑Fi connection was unreliable and did not work properly during our stay. *The apartment is located on the second floor and does not have lift access, so guests should be prepared to carry their luggage up the stairs.

+Pula is beautiful city and the location of the apartment is in the very heart of it - for some this is convenient, and for some this is a minus. Overall, apartment is nicely decorated, but not very practical if you are coming for summer vacation for instance.
−As said, someone very dedicated and artsy arranged apartment - meaning, all looks nice but it is not very functional. It is spacious but things you would need to function on daily level are not great. However, the worst part is that profile says parking available - and that is why we booked this place, expecting there would be something available close by that we would pay. It ends up completely false and we ended up with hefty parking tickets for some wild parking we found 20 min from the place. And that was a close option. Worst of all, every day of our holiday we had to spend at least an hour on arranging parking, because you need a car to go to the beach (remember apartment is in the historic centre). Host was not very transparent or helpful around this before our arrival, although she was kind in her communication overall. The value for money was just not there for us. If the profile and host were transparent we for sure would not stay at this place.

+Excellent location all at walking distance. Apartment had all you need.
−It is an old building entrance and stairs need maintenance and reparation. The master bed need a change it is not confortable. Because of all carpets the apt was a bit dusty.

“Exceptional”
+Pretty spacious apartment in the center of Pula. All the attractions are within walking distance, there’s also a bus stop nearby. Despite the central location, noise from outside was not an issue at all. I really liked the space visually.
−No AC in the bedroom, otherwise everything was great
