“Lovely terrace”
+This is a little gem hidden in city center Highly recommend I didn’t stay there long cause I felt that 7.5 rating was too low and risky but honestly I should have stay here the whole week
−They have to clean it more, and prepare for the next guests properly Yes the first door is barely closing but it doesn’t care cause it is not the door of the hour but for the “terrace” Last thing Remember that in Naples pos doesn’t work……….

+Zentrum nahe und die Ausstattung genügt .
−Es sind über 90 Stufen bis zur Unterkunft,mit etwas größerem auto nicht zu erreichen, extra kosten für parkplatz/Garagen.frühstück besteht nur in drr bar unten auf dem Platz und besteht nur aus 1 Kaffee und 1 süßen Stückchen.die Dusche sollte mal erneuert werden.

“Popsut zepsuty urlop. brak wifi , smród z odpływu prysznica.”
+Croissant i kawa. Inne rzeczy płatne ale i tak wyboru nie było. Bułka z parówką. Widok na sąsiadów i kominy.
−Brak WiFi . Odpływ na ostatim piętrze robił za odpowietrznik kanalizacji. Straszny smród . Bardzo śmierdziało. W oknach brak zasłon słońce budziło nas o 6 rano. Katastrofa. Łóżka na deskach bez otworów materace przepocone mokre. Drzwi stalowe stukały gdy wiatr zawiał. Taras inny niż w ofercie. Brak oświetlenia na tarasie. Szare deski bez farby. Poduszki tarasowe zapleśniałe brudne . Doniczki bez roślin. Suszarka do włosów nie działająca.

“Ogólnie ok”
+Lokalizacja super, blisko do kolejki i metra. Do portu i promenady około 15 minut spacerem. Taras też bardzo fajny choć lekko zaniedbany. Dookoła mnóstwo lokalnych sklepików i restauracyjek z lokalnymi daniami🍕🍝🍨🍷 Śniadanie tradycyjne włoskie , rogalik i kawa, świeże i bardzo smaczne z miłą obsługą. Typowo włoski lokalny klimat,😀
−Łazienka bardzo mała, brak miejsca do przechowywania i wieszaków ma ręczniki. Źle oświetlona, tylko jedna mała lampka. Wi-Fi nie działało, pani w recepcji mówiła że zgłosi do naprawy, ale przez cały pobyt nie było. Komunikacja bardzo utrudniona, personel mówi tylko po włosku. Oświetlenie na tarasie również nie działało. Ogólnie apartament wymaga solidnego odświeżenia.

“Endroit agréable pour visiter Naples à pieds”
+L'accueil est vraiment sympathique avec des petites attentions (apéro et bouteille de vin). J'avais un coup de cœur pour la terrasse et cela s'est confirmé. Le quartier est top et central et le bar pour le petit-déjeuner est vraiment agréable. Le gérant du FUKU BAR et sa femme sont vraiment agréables, pareils pour les salariés. Merci à eux d'avoir rendu le séjour agréable.
−La taille et la lumière de la salle de bain. les bancs de la terrasse sont abimés, il faut penser à les changer.

“Goede locatie met potentie, maar er mag wel wat aan worden gedaan”
+De locatie en het dakterras zijn geweldig, echter is de loungeset echt aan vernieuwing toe.
−Het rook naar riool, geen idee waar dit precies door kwam. Het rook vooral op de badkamer erg slecht.

“Il cuore di Napoli”
+Non ho avuto modo di salutare e ringraziare Mary e sua mamma,persone veramente squisite e disponibili com'è classico stile partenopeo. La struttura è molto semplice:C'È ASSOLUTAMENTE LA CAMERA DA LETTO e il letto è anche comodo (così togliamo dubbi),c'è una modesta zona living e un bagno super funzionale,una bellissima porta "autografata" dai visitatori...e poi vabbé,c'è la terrazza. Solo per il potenziale che ha e la vista mattutina mentre sorseggi un caffè,vale ogni singolo centesimo. Ulteriore chicca siamo nel cuore pulsante della città,è tutto a due passi e ogni singolo scatto in quella zona è pura poesia. Se cercate il luxury non fa per voi,se cercate accoglienza ed ospitalità allora siete nel posto giusto
−Peccato per la terrazza colpita da alluvione e pertanto non perfettamente funzionante. Forse luci troppo fioche nella zona living e fredde nella camera da letto
