“Apartment exactly how it appears in perfect for longer stays with all the facilities you need.”
+Apartment was exactly how it appeared in the images. We stayed for ten days and always a spare space for car in the private parking. Washing machine very useful. Very quiet residential block - no noise from neighbours and neighbourhood also quiet and safe. Twenty minute walk to old town and waterfront. Small supermarket two hundred metres away. All the equipment and facilities you need for a longer stay. Hosts were always contactable and helpful.
−Apartment block situated in typical narrow back streets lined with parked cars so need to be confident driver to negotiate streets before getting on main road. Be aware that there are six short flights of steps to get to third floor apartment.

“For us it was perfect and exactly what we needed”
+Very lovely apartment, extremely clean, fully equipped, cared with love ☺️ 15 min walk to city center. Parking slot is just in front of building. Communication with hosts Tea&Mate was very pleasant: always got a fast respond and needed support, can not wish for more ☺️
−The apartment is on the third floor without elevator, for some it might be an issue. For us it was not a problem, there are not that many steps till the third floor, after all 😄

+Everything was so tidy and it was the first time when the apartment I've booked looked bigger in reality than on photos, washing machine and kitchen are very useful! The location is pretty good, not exactly the city center but walkable distance and nice area (the owner also gives lots of advices about cafes, restaurants etc in the area, so you can safe some money comparing to eating in the downtown). Overall one of best experiences I've got while travelling, defined worth its money!

“Un séjour parfait à Split !!”
+Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet appartement et nous avons été absolument ravis de notre séjour. L’emplacement est idéal : à seulement 10-15 minutes à pied du vieux centre de Split, avec une place de parking privée, ce qui est un vrai plus. Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par Tea et Mate à notre arrivée. L’appartement est vraiment très joli, parfaitement conforme aux photos et surtout extrêmement propre. La literie est très confortable, il y a beaucoup de rangements et la cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, ce sont toutes les petites attentions de Tea. Elle a pensé à tout pour rendre le séjour agréable et faire en sorte que l’on se sente comme chez soi : thé et café à disposition, confiture, miel, petites douceurs, mais aussi des pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle, de la lessive et de l’adoucissant pour le lave-linge… Tout est prévu ! On apprécie également les petits parfums d’intérieur disposés dans l’appartement et les sachets parfumés dans les tiroirs et les penderies. Ce sont de petits détails, mais ils montrent à quel point Tea a pensé au bien-être de ses hôtes. Et c’est réussi : on se sent vraiment bien dans cet ap

−Tre våningar upp utan hiss. Obekväma möbler, lite trångt. Sparsamt utrustat kök. Trång parkering, besvärlig in och utfart.

+Kontakt z gospodarzem rewelacyjny. Poleciła mam masę miejsc, dodatkowo mogliśmy zostawić bagaże o wiele wcześniej niż było zameldowanie. Fantastycznie przekazane informacje odnośnie dotarcia do obiektu i okolicznych restauracji i sklepów. Miejsce bardzo czyste. Bardzo dużym plusem jest również pętla autobusowa, skąd można dojechać w inne rejony jak np Omiš czy Trogir. Zdecydowanie polecam.
