“The apartment did not meet my expectations or represent good value for money.”
+Disappointing apartment in an otherwise attractive facility. The location of Atrium Studio is excellent, and the overall appearance of the Atrium facility is very nice. Unfortunately, the apartment itself falls far short of the standard suggested by the property’s presentation and advertised description. The apartment is small and certainly does not feel like the advertised 35 m², as this figure appears to include the open, street-facing balcony. The furnishings are mismatched, worn out, and poorly maintained. Storage space is extremely limited, with the small wardrobes cluttered with cleaning equipment. There were also visible mould stains on the walls and curtains, and a humidity problem that the small dehumidifier and fan did little to address. There is no air conditioning. Despite the advertised views, the apartment faces the street on the ground floor, with no sea or garden view.
−During my stay, I also experienced ants and unpleasant cooking smells apparently coming from a neighbouring room or nearby establishment, although I could not confirm their source. I wanted to check out the day after arrival, but the cancellation options offered by Booking.com and the property manager were inconsistent, and the issue was never resolved. Given the high demand in the area, alternative accommodation at short notice would have cost considerably more, on top of losing 50% of the remaining accommodation cost. There were further issues with the city tax. Despite having paid it through my Booking.com reservation, the manager asked me to leave cash at checkout, potentially resulting in a duplicate charge. I have also not received an invoice to date. Booking.com’s assistance with my complaint was equally disappointing. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment, especially at the price charged. The excellent location and attractive common areas cannot compensate for the poor condition, humidity problems, misleading impression of the available space and views, and unsatisfactory handling of the issues raised. The apartment did not meet my expectations or represent good val

+Great location, apartment had everything, bus around the corner to busy bars and restaurants less than ten mins away. Host was brilliant, contactable and extremely friendly.
−The pool wasn't open but our host was very kind and offered compensation. Little disappointing but handled great. Money received in less than a week.

“Great apartment in a perfect location!”
+The host was absolutely lovely. Some renovations have been done to the apartment so it was perfect for what we needed. We rented it for my mother in law and she needs assistance so it being on the floor level was perfect. She really loved her stay and we will be using this apartment again in the future! Thank you!

“I wouldn't stay again”
+Very comfortable bed and bed linens.
−There was very disturbing moldy smell in the apartment. Apartment was also cold and no sunlight. Luckily there was a heater I was using all the time. No sea view from this apartment.
