“Super location. Spacious flat. Direct access to a great beach.”
+Great location - right on the most beautiful beach. Super apartment and very clean, well looked after
−It had an electric automatic door handle to enter the apartment operated by a touch code panel. We were maybe unlucky but had two issues with the handle on our first two days. The final days we were ok, but sadly, it did put a bit of a downer on the start of our holiday. The local manager was very responsive in helping to try and fix the problem.

“Could have been paradise”
+The location, views and sound of the roaring waves are absolutely amazing. The flat is very spacious with all mod cons. Great restaurants just steps away. Ample street parking. Access from street level is via only 4 steps (great for anyone with mild mobility issues).
−Unfortunately, in our case, our holiday was marred by a cockroach infestation 😩 and smelly drains in the middle bedroom ensuite bathroom. There were other smaller issues too (maintenance-linked) but these two greatly impacted on our ability to enjoy our holiday (a) because for a lot of the time we couldn’t use the kitchen for all the cockroaches and the same applied to one of three bedrooms and bathrooms for the nauseating smell and (b) because we spent such a long time on holiday talking to booking.com on phone, texting agents, texting maintenance, coordinating/hosting house visits for a fumigation, then the replacement of the rusty, cockroach-infested dishwasher… It was endless… We were on our last day offered by the owner a 15% discount as compensation. Although small compared to the problems experienced we accepted. I don’t normally write damaging reviews, this place would have been an absolute paradise, but I am not sure they realised just how impacted our holiday was by issues that maintenance should have picked up and dealt with before our arrival and neither did they provide any assurance that they will deal with these and stay on top of them for the benefit of their guest

“Lovely holiday apartment”
+Lovely spacious property that was immaculately clean and contained everything you need for a pleasant holiday. Lovely clean swimming pool with comfortable loungers. Great views from the covered balcony and a variety of dining options a few minutes away.
−Short walk along the road to access the pool but was no problem to us.

“Lovely few relaxing days in an apartment that has everything you need !”
+Stunning location for the apartment, such a lovely view out over the beach each day. Great swimming pool, wasn't too busy when we were there. Apartment has everything you need for a family holiday.

“A good property in a lovely location”
+it’s in a great location, very close to a lovely quiet beach and close to amenities. the view across the pool reaches to the beach, stunning.
−To access the pool area you need to go outside into the street. There is no guidance how to get there either you need to figure it out yourself. Equally they ask you to empty bins ect but there is no guidance where the bin store is. suggest a little booklet would be useful.
