“Great location; great value; modern apartment.”
+Very clean and well furnished. Clear instructions and directions on how to pick up keys and access property. Great location for beach, restaurants and bars.
−The keys could have labels as there are a few doors to pass through to access property.

“Avoid the smell and rude attitude from the manager”
+Nice view of sea
−I booked a two-night stay at Atico Boutique and was disgusted to walk into a property that reeked of stale cigarette smoke. All doors and windows were shut on arrival, and the smell was embedded throughout the apartment, including areas like the kitchen that had no fabric. The listing clearly advertised a non-smoking property, but what I walked into was the opposite. I contacted the manager immediately. The response was flat-out dismissive. I was told there was no smell and that the sheets were cleaned, completely ignoring the actual complaint. I followed their advice to shut the windows and let the AC filters work, which made no difference at all. I went back and forth multiple times trying to resolve this. Not once was the issue acknowledged or taken seriously. No apology, no compensation, no accountability. The experience was ruined by a lack of basic cleanliness and a manager who refused to engage honestly. I’m a Genius member with Booking.com and have never had to complain before. This property was misrepresented, overpriced, and handled with complete disregard for the guest. Avoid it.

+Great location of the apartment. It's really comfortable and you have everything you need.
−There were weird ants walking around and for 6 days of stay there could be more towels provided. Also, the kitchen is not really clean.

“Exceptional”
+Getting the key was very practical because our flight had been delayed and we had to pick up the rented car before getting to the apartment. The apartment manager communicated with us in messages via booking.com and provided all information just in time.
−The apartment was perfect for us, but when we got back late night from a day trip, the private parking was a little bit crowded. There was a renovation in the building and two parking space were occupied by containers.
