“In bad shape needs URGENT maintenance and refurbishing (photos attached)”
+The view was nice And the billiard table And they were sliglty flexible with check out. The location is very good.
−This property was unsafe, uncomfortable and not what was promised at all: electrical plugs out and exposed and I had 3 year old toddler with us! the heating stopped working partially 4 days into the trip luckily the weather was a bit warmer sometimes but we were cold on many nights. And to top it all, the main bathrooms lights stopped working almost half way through our trip so we used the bathroom during the day only. messaged the owner but there was no repsonse . he asked for photos and dissappeared . last but not least the bed was in a horrible shape and extremly uncomfortable to sleep on. I do not know how such properties are allowed on your platform without proper maintenance! one of the issues i wrote about is available on a review two month ago and still it was left unsorted. And the door handle of the main bedroom was out of place so we had to work arround opening the door everytime. the amount we were charged was a rip off because the property did no reflect the images and desciption on booking.com.

+Great location, apartment pretty equipped with whatever is necessary. Nice view, the kids loved the pool table.
−Beds are not comfortable. The mattresses seem to be new, but all of us had a hard time sleeping on them. One bed is literally with an incline. The apartment is pretty new but needs another touch up - indoors can barely closed, door knobs can be pulled out easily,

“The view is amazing, everything else is really bad.”
+The view is amazing
−Everything is broken. Doors have been broken, blinds don’t close, pool cues are broken. Also all the glasses plates and silverware are filthy. Communication is terrible, they just ignore you. The internet connection is weak and barely works, you can’t make a call or watch a show.

“Very good”
+Location is fantastic and the apartment is nice although a bit smaller than what looks like in pics.
−Communication wasn't always as quick or straightforward as we would have wanted. We were arriving very early in the morning and enquiring whether we could get an early check-in two days before arriving with no clear response. All correspondence through the app seemed auto-generated. On the day we contacted them through WhatsApp just to be informed that the early check-in wasn't possible this time. They were accommodating and helpful but we would have appreciated that answer two days before. Mattress in main room was too soft. In the second bedroom there are just two beds together.
