“Very central, a bit noisy”
+Self check-in via lockbox, the central location, responsiveness of the host
−It was not quiet; the has boiler which is located in the main room was quite loud also during the night, so if you're an easy sleeper you might wanna bring some earplugs. Also the apt smelled strongly like cleaning products for the whole stay

“Location is great, Apartment is very silent and totally safe. Just cleaning was not perfect.”
+The location in the city is very good. Easy to walk to many places. The Apartment is totally safe because of 2 doors and Metal grids in front of the windows. So its totally safe from this point. The windows look to the inner yard of the building so its very silent. I didnt like the bed because it was to hard for my taste but the bed was very clean (not the floors in the Apartment). I really liked the Bathroom because of the very big shower and with totally stable water temperature so it was a very good pleasure to take shower. I told the owners that I was not happy with the cleaning-status and they told me on phone that they could send the cleaning-lady for doing the cleaning again, but I decided to do it myself. I bought cleaning-wipes for the floors and so I felt much better. So I hope that the owners will take care about the future cleaning as they said to me they will tell the problems to the responsible cleaning-company or person. Also the dishes in the kitchen and all provided stuff in the kitchen was not totally clean, so I had to wash these things before I could use it. Over all i was quite OK with the place for my first time in Budapest for 8 nights but I have to say for t
−As I wrote in the posive section I was quite OK with this Apartment fo 8 nights, very happy I was about the very safe place (secured windows and door). My biggest problem was that the floors and the dishes in the kitchen was not clean and so I had to clean that all for better feeling there. I didnt wanted that the owners send a cleaning-person after my complaint because I wanted to do it really clean my way and so I was ok. I really hope that the owners will take much better care for the cleaning-company in future and then it will be very much a good Apartment for Tourists. For my personnal taste the bed was really too hard, but maybe others like that.

“Cumple totalmente con lo necesario y muy limpio.”
+Está muy limpio, es pequeñito pero tiene de todo en la cocina y el resto muy bien apañado, la comunicación con las personas propietarias rápida y resolutiva. Céntrico y muy cercano a los “ruins bars”.
−La entrada del edificio, por decir algo
