+The place itself was clean and spacious, it had everything we needed. The owner was nice and helpful, she even let us check out two hours late so we could wait out the storm, which we are grateful for.
−We didn’t like the area, it seemed unsafe. We arrived at the building around 9pm and the street behind the block had brothels and sketchy men staring directly at us from the corner. We only stayed there for one night, and there were six of us (3 girls and 3 guys) so we didn’t feel that scared, but i wouldn’t recommend staying there for more than one night and in a female only groups.

+This hotel is excellent for families and also perfect for groups of 7-8 people. The kitchen, sitting room, and all facilities are well-organized and very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and nicely maintained. The hotel owner is very kind, always available, and extremely helpful, which made our stay even better
−The area outside the hotel is not very clean, with trash scattered around. Also, it doesn’t feel very safe to walk around the hotel after the evening.

“Good value”
+It’s a big house with plenty of space and near the center of the city. The owner is very nice and helpful
−It wasn’t very clean, mostly the kitchen. Most of the artifacts in the kitchen were not working. Although the property is near the centre, the block it self is a little scary.
