“ÀMost convenient abode 100 metres from the station, and in town centre.”
+We took own breakfast, and liked pretty much everything about it. we were also familiar with the location, as kids visited Dr. Ronald, who owned a dental surgery down the alleyway.to Argent Abode CBD.
−There was no vacuum cleaner for carpeted rooms. No chopping board, not that we really needed one. We had to ask next door (hair dresser shop) where we could get permission to park the car (in the advertisement it is stated that permission is required for the parking spot). The hairdresser told us that we park in the space marked C - we expected that was the case, but we’re unsure.

“Value for money basic accommodation”
+Great location on the Main Street. Easy parking during non- business hours. Comfortable beds. All linen was clean. Affordable and spacious.
−Dark/unlit alleyway from Main Street entrance to front door. Electric blanket not working. Broken electric radiators in some rooms. Proximity to rear of commercial properties means that the area is noisy in the mornings. No wi-fi. Basic free to air television only.

−One of the bedrooms didn't have any blind or window covering. There was a bright light outside that made sleeping difficult.

+Clean, comfortable accommodation in the heart of Broken Hill. Just off the main street, so close to plenty of cafes for breakfast or lunch, and close to a few spots for dinner. 2min drive to Coles, and only a 10min drive to the airport.

+This is a beautiful, spacious apartment. Well equipped, very clean and tidy.
−I was very satisfied with the apartment. Only thing I could pick on was the fidge was a little dirty from a spill and it was dripping water inside but totally a minor issue, and the bathroom hook kept falling off.

“Super location”
+Super location in the heart of town. Undercover parking available on the premises. BBQ was welcome and worked well.

“Very comfortable unit right in town”
+Excellent location. Clean, very comfortable beds, two bedrooms well separated with kitchen & bathroom in between. Extremely quiet despite being in the centre of town.
