“Clean, convenient apartment, great host”
+This is one of the best and most enjoyable stays I've ever had. The apartment is like having the opportunity to spend your days and nights in a folk history museum, paired with modern amenities and high value hospitality. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to all important city sights. Very convenient base to explore the city, close to the port of Pireaus and about 45 minutes away from the airport. Close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and the historical center of Athens. The host is an amazing person, helpful and polite and I feel lucky I've had the chance to meet her. The apartment is perfectly clean and has any and everything you would need for your stay. Overall amazing experience.

“Challenging for sensitive ppl or with kids”
+Vasilliki was a lovely and responsive hostess. The appartment is unlike your average hotel room, with special vibe of the antiques. It included good kitchen facilities for basic cooking, and renovated shower. The place was clean and within walking distance of public transport, and Kalithea's main streets with grrat dining options.
−The place isn't so practical especially with a baby. There's very little floor space, and the bed, sofa and linen are quite old and uncomfortable. The living room gas little natural light, and the trafic from the street is noisey. We were not informed that the nieghbors are renovating and that was detremental to our ability to spend the daytime in the appartment. There was also a loud ticking from the oven which can't be stopped.

“Artistic place in a peaceful area near the center.”
+"Architect Art Studio" is so much more than one more booked apartment- it is literally full of historical/art objects, they look at you from each edge and make you feeling you are also a part of life there. So the floor down is almost like a family museum (with a great couch), and the floor up has a comfortable bed. Everything I needed was there, the place was big, clean and also absolutely relaxing. The host is so well intentioned, like a good old friend, offering all kinds of advice. The area is beautiful, separated from the central crowds, still close to everything, also great for walk. I hope to come again, even only for apartment, if I haven't time for center:))

−Some of the stuff we wanted to use was a bit outdated and not working properly. The washing machine, the tv wasn’t connected to internet and the oven didn’t work.

+Wonderful host explaining many things around the area, very artistic & spacious rooms with a lot of antiques, close to the city center, equipments are very good and beautiful, wifi is not strong enough for a zoom meeting, so I used my own wifi router
