“Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience.”

−Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. Upon arrival, we discovered that the gas supply to the property had not even been switched on before guest check-in. As a result, the apartment had: * no hot water * no heating/radiators * no working stove or cooking facilities The boiler was completely non-functional because there was no active gas supply to the property. We were travelling with CHILDREN and were forced to endure a cold night with insufficient bedding and no heating. No heating, no duvet just dirty blanket, no hot water, we couldn't sleep and I became unwell as it was cold! What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of support or communication from the property. Despite numerous phone calls, text messages, and repeated messages through Booking.com, nobody responded at all until the following day. Leaving guests , especially families with children , without heating, hot water, or any assistance overnight is completely unacceptable. After reading other reviews, it appears previous guests have also experienced similar heating-related issues. Got me thinking it's a way of operating. +The apartment was perfect for us. First of all, the location is excellent - close to the sea, shops, the city center, and even the train station. It has everything you need and even more: from bed linen and towels to all the essentials for the kitchen. The apartment was very clean, well arranged, and spacious - it was ideal for 5 adults!

“It's a shame that we didn't get to stay in this apartment.”
+The replacement apartment was in an excellent location, and had spacious bedrooms, but unfortunately it also had a problem with the boiler. The agency was very helpful and responsive but it took time to solve the hot water issue due to the national holiday/weekend.
−Unfortunately we couldn't stay at the Arcadia apartment due to a plumbing problem. The replacement flat was nice but lacked a living room so we had to sit in the kitchen. One of the bathrooms and toilet were separate, and as we had chosen Arcadia for its nice bathrooms and spacious living room it was a bit disappointing. There was also an issue with the boiler which meant we had no hot water for 2 days.

“Best property in Levanto for two Families”
+Excellent experience, can only recommend. Best location you can get in Levanto with excellent views from the multiple balconies. Big apartment with two bathrooms did not cause any issues to feel free and not compromise on anything for two families. Right in the middle between Italian neighborhood :) The apartment has all what you need to make dinner and breakfast inside if you want to. All facilities were very clean. Hope to come back next time to the same place. Special thanks to Elisa for the warm welcome even on late arrival.

“Pobyt był udany, mimo drobnych niedogodności - świetna lokalizacja i apartament”
+Arcadia to idealne miejsce na pobyt w Levanto - świetnie położone, w spokojnej okolicy, a jednocześnie blisko plaży, centrum i stacji kolejowej, skąd łatwo dotrzeć do Cinque Terre. Apartament jest czysty, dobrze wyposażony i urządzony.
−Największymi minusami pobytu w Arcadii był brak klimatyzacji, co przy wysokich temperaturach sprawiało duży dyskomfort i utrudniało wypoczynek, zwłaszcza w nocy. Dodatkowym problemem były ograniczone godziny odbioru kluczy - niestety zupełnie niedopasowane do naszego przyjazdu. Próbowaliśmy kontaktować się z obiektem, aby ustalić inną godzinę odbioru ale nie dostaliśmy żadnej odpowiedzi.
