+Great location in old town
−Thought the house was very nice but with many levels over three floors. The house could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. House was well equipped.

−The nosiest street in town above a bar that closes after 1am with people sitting outside. Very noisy street/place until at least 1am.

+The host was very kind. She gave us all we need. The terrace is amazing. We had warm weather but in the house was a nice temperature. We didn’t use the air conditioning ( are 2 in the house)

+The accommodation is very suitable for young people as it is in the center of the historic city and has an upstairs living area. It has a nice view from the terrace on the top floor.
−The accommodation is not suitable for the elderly, nor for families with children or pets, as there are stairs - each living area is on a separate floor. You have to park outside the center and carry all your luggage to the accommodation. The accommodation is also noisy, there are lines of tourists moving around every evening and sometimes you have to literally fight your way into the accommodation.

+Liked the apartment very much. All facilities were great, location was right in old town, top deck was fabulous with water view, and could be in sun or shade as we liked. Bed was comfortable.
−Not apartment's fault, but mojito bar right next door had no inside facilities so patrons basically sat out on the narrow pedestrian street drinking, right next to and right outside apartment front door, so a couple of nights were noisy until well after midnight. Shower hot water tap was adjusted so hot could not be turned on full, showers were cool to cold, but rest of water was very hot???

“Гарна локація, що потребує ремонту і догляду”
+Гарна локація, просторо, красивий вид з даху. Є кава, оливкова олія, гарні тарілки. Багато різних ламп і джерел світла. Вайфай працював добре. Гаряча вода була. Хоч і шумно, але якщо закрити вікна, то ок. Для провітрювання можна відкривати двері на дах. Затишний інтер'єр.
−Текла раковина на кухні в двох місцях, тазик був підставлений але ніхто не попереджав про це - і він набирався швидше ніж за 1 день повним. Також не відкривалось вікно внизу. Про вікно і воду що тече повідомила ще в перший день і нічого не виправили і навіть не перепросили за незручності. Стульчики на криші поламані і з них легко впасти. Також на сходах залізний поручень відходить і легко травмувати руку. Ліжко дуже скрипить. У ванній треба сильно закручувати кран, бо інакше тече вода. Маленька кількість туалетного паперу на дні які бронювали. Стіл на першому поверсі просто розбірний, якщо хочеш посунути, то бачиш що він не якісний і розпадається. Немає засобу для прання, хоч є пралка. Немає звичайної якісної сковорідки, лиш сотейник, до якого все пристає. Меблі старі, деякі потребують заміни.
