“Excellent location to explore Berlin.”
+The location is superb and so close to public transportation options.

+Location is very good
−Apartment floor was not clean when we arrived, and some of the areas around the windows were dirty with dust. Also, the apartment smells of mildew and the bathroom is quite old and very small... definitely not worth the money ~140€ pro night.

“Disappointing and dirty”
+Distance to city centre was good. Good sized bedroom. Could park just outside.
−No AC. Shower broken, only handheld shower with terrible water pressure. Bathroom flooded when in shower. Horrible drain smell. Host let theirself into apartment when we were out. Dirty cups, cutlery, dirt and crumbs in drawers. Very mouldy, it made my asthma flare up. Smell from the drains was awful. Couldn't open windows more than a slit. Apartment was extremely hot, dehumidifier made it hotter, fan did nothing as it was part of the dehumidifier and pushed air upwards. Misleading parking price, its NOT 15 euros it's 36 per day. Lots of rubbish outside front door.

“Just sufficient.”
+The location, the comfort of the best and the procedure to enter the appt.
−The bathroom was really tiny and the shower even tinier and there wasn't a proper place where to have breakfast.
