+The apartment is located in a great centered spot in Flachau. It is very modern and has great kitchen equipment, appliances and utensils. We enjoyed cooking cozy family dinners. The bedrooms have great size, also very comfortable storage in them. The 2 shower rooms were perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed special private time in the luxurious sauna upstairs, perfectly equipped new kids play room downstairs, a big trampoline in the green and well groomed yard, and the view from the terrace is heaven and all the time pure nature sounds from the stream at the side of the rode. Perfect Parking . The owners were the kindest, very lovely and warm people. We had a fantastic stay at the property.

+This place is no doubt one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Pia, the owner, was super friendly and helpful, and even treated our kids with some Easter gifts. The playroom is a great feature for families. The apartment was very clean and had everything you can possibly need, with a nice coffee machine, comfy beds (with spotless bedsheets) and a nice balcony. The parking is right by the entrance, making it easy to pack and unpack the car. Restaurants and cafes are located within a short walking distance.

+The state of the apartment. All very clean like it is brand new. The sauna which could be reserved exclusively for us for 2 hours.
−If I have to give some improvement then it would be the location for the ski’s and snowboards. I would suggest to build a construction so that ski’s and snowboards can be mounted properly. In the room for the ski shoes i would suggest to set the timer for drying/heating on 2 time slots (instead of one). First time slot from 17:00-19:00 and the other one from 07:00-09:00 is fine And also consider a nespresso machine in all apartments. On the pictures on booking.com we saw a nespresso machine, so we bought in advance some nespresso cups. But in our apartment there was a Senseo machine which we did not expect. And to be honest also in the supermarket (spar) they have a lot of Nespresso cups, but Senseo pads are very rare.

+The apartments were spacious, clean, and modern, with everything we needed available. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the center, with a Spar and other small shops nearby. The ski resort was very close to the accommodation, which also offered a ski storage room, sauna, and a children's playroom. We were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back again

+It was really great stay in the apartment. Evers family are very nice people, willing to help with everything, even helped us with directions to see better views on our next destination. The entire house is new, very clean and the apartment had all we needed. Recommend!!
