“Lovely house, host and location.”
+Matteo is a fantastic host, the house is clean and well equipped and ideally located to sightsee in Como and surrounding areas.

“Nice and quiet property with an excellent and friendly host.”
+The property is located in the part of Como facing away from the lake. This makes it a really quiet location, away from the busy part of the town, yet it is only a short drive to the centre. Matteo who met us upon arrival to give us the keys and show us around was pleasant and friendly. The property was clean and equipped with everything a family may need for a long stay. There was a supermarket only a 15 minutes walk from the property, which was really handy for buying supplies. In the kitchen Matteo has provided a recipe and all the ingredients for pasta carbonara as a welcome gift. That was a nice touch. Instead of going out for dinner, when we arrived we took up the challenge and cooked up a really nice Italian dinner for our family. If we ever visit the area again, we would be definitely checking the availability of Matteo's property first.
−The narrow streets in the town, but this has nothing to do with the property. Narrow streets are to be expected in Italy. The property was perfect.

“Comfortable homely accommodation in a beautiful setting”
+Wonderfully comfortable & well equipped. Very hospitable host who laid on fresh eggs and water. We would have liked to stay longer than 2 nights.
−Maybe rather difficult to access with a large car up a steep winding road. Also single beds were rather small for adults.

+The apartment was spotless, very well equipped. They welcome us with a beautiful Carbonara recipe and all the ingredients to made it. Matteo, was a warm and very gentle host. We had a great time.

“Nagyon kedves házigazda. A lakás tágas, szép, jól felszerelt.”
+Mateo a házigazda, nagyon kedves. Nagy, tágas, szép lakást kaptunk. Bekészített a konyhába egy spagetti receptet és a hozzávalókat. Finom volt és elég négyünknek. Aranyos a Pepe cica és a Nebula kutya is. Csillagtúra szerűen bejártuk a környéket, a tavat. Jó helyszín erre is.
−A hegy tetejére egyre keskenyebbek az utcák. Erősen figyelni kell, ha nagyobb az autód az átalgnál.

+⭐ 10/10 - Un séjour parfait ! Notre séjour chez Matteo a été un véritable coup de cœur. Dès notre arrivée, Matteo nous a accueillis avec une grande gentillesse et une incroyable générosité. Il nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise, s'est proposé spontanément pour nous aider à porter nos bagages et a toujours été disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié ses excellents conseils, notamment sa délicieuse recette de pâtes aux courgettes, que nous garderons précieusement. Le logement est situé à l'étage d'une maison. Il est très spacieux, lumineux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et extrêmement bien équipé. Tout est pensé pour que l'on s'y sente bien. Nous nous y sommes sentis presque mieux que chez nous. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir le lac de Côme. Nous avons visité Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio et plusieurs autres villages magnifiques. Les paysages sont à couper le souffle et notre séjour restera gravé dans nos mémoires. Un immense merci à Matteo pour son accueil exceptionnel. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
