“Bene ma non benissimo”
+Posizione a 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Alghero. Facilità nel trovare parcheggio sotto l’appartamento.
−Appartamento datato come descritto in molte recensioni. Il proprietario prometteva ammodernamenti lo scorso anno che effetivamente non ci sono. Senza aria condizionata con 40 gradi fuori non il massimo. Inoltre in bagno non c’è il box doccia ma una vasca con un vetro che non è il massimo della comodità.

“It was a wonderful stay”
+Anna, our host was kind, friendly and very helpful, all the way from booking the apartment until our check out. Our extra requests were all fulfilled. It is a very simple puritan apartment but because of that it has a very nice romantic mediterranean vibe to it. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment. The location is 10/10. The historical downtown is a 10 min walk, all the sightseeing are a maximum of 15-10 walk. There are very good restaurants literally 50 meters from the apartment, and the beach is a 200 meters walk. The highlight of the apartment is obviously the balcony. We booked it because of that. It's a unmatched experience to have your morning coffee or your pizza dinner with that view. Overall we were very satisfied and we got what we expected.
−We saw the reviews and pictures so we expected it to be puritan and a little run down. We liked the vibe overall and were not surprised by the conditions, BUT 3 things needs immediate attention from the owner. First and most importantly that duvet is criminal. It is a feather duvet wrapped with a simple sheet not a proper duvet cover. That sheet comes off very easily during the night and when it does the feathers are stabbing you. and it becomes very uncomfortable. The second is the toilet seat. When an apartment costs a 100 euro a night off season and 300-500 euro a night in high season, I don't except a broken toilet seat. It costs 20 euro in Lidl. Buy one... The third is the bath tub. There is no plug so you can only use it for showering and not bathing. Which wouldn't be a problem if the wall was not broken, and there was a proper shower curtain. But is broken and there is no curtain, which means the water goes everywhere, so you gotta mop the bathroom floor after every shower. All of these: a new toilet seat, fixing the shower and buying proper blankets and blanket covers are very cheap and fast fixes that would improve the overall experience immensely. “Lungomare Alghero”
+Appartamento spartano nell'arredo e nel corredo (a noi non interessa particolarmente), ma spazioso e accogliente, ha una vista e una posizione eccezionale sul lungomare di Alghero. Il personale è stato gentile, la casa ci è stata data ben pulita. Fantastica la posizione fronte spiaggia. Vicini ristoranti e servizi.

“Location lamentable et irrespectueuse”
+La vue magnifique sur la mer et la proximité avec la plage.
−- Nous n'étions pas dans l'appartement que nous avons réservé (2ème étage avec balcon ombragé cf. photos), mais au 3ème et dernier étage. Nous avons signalé cette tromperie aux propriétaires qui nous ont répondu que c'était "pour notre confort" et qui si nous n'étions pas content il aurait fallu le signaler plus vite, mais de toute façon ils n'auraient rien pu faire étant donné que l'appartement du dessous était occupé. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvé devant le fait accompli. Le balcon n'avait donc pas d'ombre et même aucun parasol pour se protéger et donc difficilement utilisable pour les repas. De plus l'air dans l'appartement était suffoquant étant donné que nous étions sous les toits avec en plus des ventilateurs qui ne fonctionnaient pas, mais que nous avons tout de même réussi à réparer. - L'équipement de la cuisine était quasiment inexistant. Premièrement, seulement deux plaques de cuisson sur les quatre fonctionnent. Difficile donc de préparer à manger dans ces conditions. Et même pas le minimum attendu; c'est à dire un peu de sel, poivre, huile, etc. et peu de vaisselle et d'ustensiles. - On nous a dit que les salles de bain étaient neuves, mais à part le carrelage rien ne

+La casa ha una posizione invidiabile poiché fronte mare e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Alghero. Sì riesce a trovare parcheggio nei pressi della casa. L' arredo però è un po' spartano e datato. Gli spazi delle camere risultano stretti.

+La posizione della location è bellissima,basta attraversare la strada e si è al mare .Appartamento al secondo piano con un balcone e vista difronte al mare,non lontano dal centro storico.
−Il servizio non era dei migliori,eravamo in cinque ,ma abbiamo dovuto comprare le cose minime necessarie per l'accoglienza,tipo una bottiglia di acqua in frigo.Ma la posizione ci ha appagato dagli altri disagi.Nonstante ciò, sono rimasta soddisfatta.Da 1 a 10,otto.Comunque lo riprenoterei
