+We stayed at Monopoly 3 days its a great apartment with good location and the owner is very kind and helpfull she did a early chack in we leave our bags and go for walk , she advised us very good places to visit ..

“A lovely, cozy apartment with a wonderful host and an easy walk to the old town, though soundproofing could be improved.”
+We really loved this apartment. It was cute, cozy and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed, including a washer-dryer combo. Having a separate bedroom was lovely, and the bathroom and shower were great. The old town was about a 10-minute walk away, with lovely streets and parks along the way. It was a great location, and the surrounding streets were mostly quiet. Our host was wonderful. Communication was excellent, and she gave us so much helpful information about where to visit, where to eat and how to get around. We had a water issue one morning, but she addressed it promptly after we messaged her. We really appreciated how responsive she was.
−The main drawback was the soundproofing. The apartment is only a few steps above street level, and street noise carries through the windows, although it was generally quiet overnight. There is also a locked connecting door to the adjoining apartment, and conversations could be heard very clearly. One night, someone next door was on a speakerphone call for about an hour around 1 a.m., which made it difficult to sleep. I messaged our host, and she spoke with the neighbour and resolved the issue. We didn’t hear him again after that and really appreciated her help. During our stay, renovations next door also caused loud banging around 7-8 a.m., so sleeping in was difficult. Better soundproofing, especially between the apartments, would make a big difference.

+Awesome host gave us lots of recommendations and was very kind! It’s in a great location and it was very comfortable for just a couple of days.
−The AC in the bed room didn’t work very well and there is no place to hang up the shower handle and water gets all over the bathroom. The bathroom also has a strange smell.

“We loved everything about our stay and our host!”
+The property owner, Loredana, was truly our highlight. ♥️ The location, cleanliness and comfort of this place made our holiday more enjoyable. Our wonderful host was extremely accommodating, thoughtful, helpful and responsive. The property was pristine, spacious and very comfortable. We felt at home from the moment we stepped in. The location is perfect. About a 10 minute walk to the train station, beach, old town, and the port. Loredana also gave us so many recommendations which was lovely and felt like we had a family member nearby to rely on. We would truly recommend staying here! It’s also a perfect base to use for day trips! 😊

+A lovely host Loredana greeted and warmly welcomed us. Great location of the apartment, which was clean, well represented, nice and cosy. Basement level. Free street parking. Even in July we managed to find street parking. Highly recommend. We are thanking Loredana for the great hospitality.

“Gepflegte Unterkunft”
+Die Lage war für uns als Bahnreisende perfekt, zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt und trotzdem ruhig. Die Gastgeberin gab uns viele Informationen über Monopoli und die Umgebung. Sie sorgte auch dafür, dass wir früher einchecken durften.

+Tres bon emplacement à à peine 10 mn du centre historique a pied Bel appartement tres bien équipé. L'hote est tres réactif et gentil. Il y a des supermarchés autour tres pratiques. Je recommande
