+All necessary facilities at a reasonable price, decent room, close to the bus station, air conditioning is working, all cooking equipment, mosquito net on the window, the room got cleaned once in my 6-day stay, helpful staff.
−Internet is the main issue, the connection would break at least once a day - I had to switch to mobile as I do video calls. It’s negligible when you’re on vacation or don’t consistent internet.
