“Nice stay”
+The location is the good and the apartment had everything you need , access and checking was easy and explained by owner before checking in which was useful definitely coming back next time I’ll visit Marrakech
−Need ama one light outside the corridor especially night time it’s hard to find your way but it’s something not related to the apartment more to the building

“Exceptional”
+The appartment had every thing you needed for a comfortable stay . Also it was close to railway station 20 minutes walk to New Town another 20 minutes you could be in the big square. The owner was very helpful . Best place I've stayed in

+Very good location, close to the train station, bus station, many restaurants in the area, and not far away from the city centre. Apartment was modern, spacious and clean, fully equipped. The bed was very comfortable!

+Everything was provided, pots, plates, cutlery, microwave(other apartments I stayed in didn't have microwaves), extra blankets, washing machine, cooker, oven, a whole bag of tissue. The host went above and beyond and provided coffee, sugar, and tea. I was amazed at such a level of hospitality. Please stay here, you won't regret it, although I was initially taken aback about the building exterior, but once I got into the apartment, it was good.

−Disorganised - at the agreed check-in time the cleaners were still there and another person appeared due to a double booking. The balcony blinds from the bedroom stay permanently down.

+It’s comfortable and clean. Very near to the train station and airport. Everything is pretty good.

“Für Kurzaufenthalt ok, aber mit grossem Abstrichen”
+Gute Lage, bequemes Bett, gute Duschbrause, Heizung und Klima vorhanden. Gebäude bewacht und sicher.
−War nicht sauber, Bettlaken hatte Flecken, alles wirkt sehr heruntergekommen. Duschtüre lässt sich schlecht schliess und Wasser überschwemmt den Boden, WC Deckel rutsch und bleibt nicht oben. Strasse war sehr laut und Waschmaschine vom Nachbar läuft ständig. Internet funktionierte nicht und Vermieter wollte zweimal jemanden vorbei schicken, ist jedoch nie jemand gekommen.
