−RESERVATION CANCELED BY PROPERTY ON ARRIVAL NIGHT. We made the booking in the afternoon of the arrival day and got a confirmation. We were driving to the property and when I stopped to rest I checked my e-mail and was amazed to see that the property asked me to cancel the reservation because they had a policy of minimum 4 nights that did not work on the booking system. So instead of honoring a reservation for one night as they should, they decided it is more appropriate to leave the guest, already driving to them, in a stormy night, searching for another place to sleep for the same night. I was lucky I saw the message when there were still other options, but I could have seen the message later when it is too late. They did not even try to call me, just sent a message. And I don't understand what is the problem to honor the reservation if due to a system problem that is unrelated to me I made a reservation and it got confirmed.

+Wir hatten einen rundum wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, modern und gleichzeitig sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber. Der Kontakt war von Anfang an freundlich, unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch die Lage der Ferienwohnung war ideal: ruhig gelegen und dennoch ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Erkundungen der Umgebung. Nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag konnten wir wunderbar entspannen und die angenehme Atmosphäre genießen.

+A helyszín és a kilátás gyönyörű. Autóval könnyen parkoltunk minden nap. A környezetbarát gondolkodása a tulajdonosoknak. Igényes és szép szobával. Időtálló régebbi, de nagyon igényes bútorokkal felszerelt szoba.
−A szoba rendben volt, de a konyhánkban nem volt például mikrohullámú sütő. Egyéb problémával nem találkoztunk.

+Recentissima ristrutturazione, appartamento nuovo e dotato di tutto quello che serve. In due avevamo spazio più che a sufficienza. Posizione tranquillissima a poca distanza dal centro di Maranza. Molto pulito. Cucina con tutto il necessario. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Ottima idea il libretto per gli ospiti con informazioni complete e suggerimenti sui posti da vedere, cose da fare e ristoranti.
−Nulla tutto a posto. Nel bagno del nostro appartamento non c’è il bidet.
