+Our first 3 nights in Athens, very good location and it is a very clean and well equipped apartment. Tom replies fast and very helpful. Walking distance to everywhere, the bars are just downstairs. Restaurants are just nearby.

+We loved that someone ( Tom ) was in constant communication and there to meet us and explain everything about the apartment, and they even allowed us to check in early after our long flight, which was wonderful. The location was great and within walking distance of lots of cute shops and restaurants. The apartment had a beautiful bathtub and the air conditioning worked great.
−The only negative was the very loud bar right outside the front steps. Even with double windows, we could still hear the noise at night but we still slept well.

+Great place and so centrally located. Enough room for everyone to relax and be comfortable. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Had all the facilities we needed.

−right thru the window is a bar, the apartment is on the first floor, so it is impossible to sleep until like 3am, the noise is insane, wouldn't recommend it to anyone

“Excellent location and nice place”
+Excellent location. Within easy walking distance of most attractions and areas you would want to see. We felt completely safe walking back to the apartment late at night. The air conditioning was a Godsend and worked flawlessly. Tom, the owner, was very accommodating with our timing, and then changing the time due to airline delays. The only downside, which I was aware of before booking is that there are a few restaurant/bars that share the non motorized block, and the tables will literally be put up to the doorway of the apartment at night. No biggie, but kind of strange to walk through people’s tables to get to the door. It added to the cultural experience as far as I was concerned. We did not hear the noise in the apartment, except for one live music night, and even that was faint. I loved being in a relatively quiet neighborhood, but being able to be in the hustle and bustle of Plaka and Monistiraki within minutes.

“Excellent communications and location”
+Great apartment and host. Tom coordinated our stay and was an excellent communicator. He met us on arrival and explained the apartment facilities. We had his WhatsApp number so were reassured, if we need any additional information or had any issues that he was available. It was all very easy and we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in a great location, convenient for restaurants, shops and walking to the sights.

+The apartment had no flaws,only positives. I travel a lot and haven’t seen such a great place in a long time. The distance to the main tourist attractions in Athens was just a few hundred meters (the Acropolis, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, and the Ancient Agora). The metro station we used to get to the airport was also just a few hundred meters away. The street-facing windows were soundproof, which shows how every detail was carefully thought out. The apartment is comfortable for four people, but I think even six could manage for a night or two. Tom welcomed us personally and showed us around the apartment, even though he knew we would arrive before 1:00 AM. A fantastic host! I highly recommend it!
−If I had to suggest anything to the host, I would replace the washing machine with a dishwasher.
