+The Villa was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The air conditioning was a hit definitely made a big difference in that heat, kept it very cool. The balcony was very nice and big, we loved having our breakfast/ dinner out there. It also had a shower which again was brilliant to just cool off if we needed it. The location was spot on literally under 5 mins walk to the beach. Everything you need is under the tip of your finger. The beach bars, restaurants, shops, clubs etc and 10 mins drive away from town. A big Thank you to our host she was amazing at all times made sure we was accommodated well and was very helpful and friendly.

“had a fantastic time, everything we could possibly need and more was available in the apartment.”
+Everything about the apartment was brilliant, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, beautiful balcony with a sea view, very quiet area and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Our host Dainjella was fantastic, we arrived late and one of our party was diabetic and she had some lovely food and treats in the apartment waiting for us. She also arranged a pick up from the airport and a boat trip at very short notice.

“Absolutely outstanding!”
+Everything!! It was spacious, well furnished, clean and had tons of extras like laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets…I could list so many things but wouldn’t know when to stop. Danijela was probably the best part..she was an exceptional host. Excellent communications and incredibly helpful. She also supplied a few treats for when we landed, and something extra after hearing it was my birthday. I would absolutely stay here again, without a doubt!
−No air con in bedrooms and the area is undergoing lots of upgrading, meaning there isn’t much in the immediate vicinity, though this will change in the near future, with hotels, bars, promenades all due.

“A cosy home with an amazing host - we really enjoyed our time here in Split!”
+Danijela was such a wonderful host! She gave us a warm welcome with thoughtful gifts, which was a lovely surprise. She was always happy to help and shared great tips that made our time in Split even better. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The showers worked perfectly.
−Two of the bedrooms were great, but one was a bit on the small side.

“Excellent property with an excellent host who couldn't have done more for us”
+Location very good: Short walk to beach: Beach in front of the apartment under reconstruction, meant going 200m further to 2nd beach but will not always be so. Apartment was beautiful: all mod cons: Danijela is a great host.
−Air con in the back bedroom - was a little warm, but nights were mid 20's at the time
