+The host met us and walked us through all details. There was a bottle of complimentary white wine in the fridge. We were travelling with family but it was so appreciated that the wall between the two apartments appeared well sound insulated...no flushing toilets could be heard! Good size bathroom with body wash. Tiny but well designed kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Lovely little courtyard which was a nice respite from the crowds. Both days we bought delicious focciacas from just outside the door and sat in our courtyard to enjoy. We used the bikes to go for a careful ride around the city! The location was fantastic!! close to everything. would highly recommend and visit again. Only comments but not a big issue; double bed had two single doonas, small staircase can be hard for people with mobility issues and the apartment is in a pedestrian area so suitcases need to be carried for 100mts, but totally worth it!

+Very central location at the heart of the old town. The patio is perfect to relax and having breakfast. Bikes available free of charge. Frane was waiting for us to show us the place and guide us to the car park which is 7 minutes walk from the apartment. You can cook if you like.
−Be aware, it could be a bit noisy at evening time but not too much. A soccer game between Spain and Croatia was on during our stay but it won't happen every day. Anyway, Split is a very busy city so it's the way everywhere.

+It was very well located, close to all the attractions in Split. The backyard was amazing to relax in during the heat wave. The hosts have bikes available for their guests.
−The property needs more storage room in the bathroom. Hooks and quality towels would have been appreciated.

“Gem of an apartment in a super location - our stay was perfect!”
+What an absolute gem of a place! It’s bijou but the owners have cleverly made the most of the space, so that the apartment doesn’t feel cramped and is very comfortable. It offers everything for a convenient and cosy stay. It was wonderful to have a small, private terrace where we could enjoy our morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening - we really appreciated the bottle of local wine and huge bowl of strawberries that the owners had provided for our arrival. The apartment is in a fabulous location - only a few minutes’ walk from the Riva and the historic heart of Split, and it has many good bars, restaurants and supermarkets(!) within striking distance. This was the perfect base for us in Split, from which we undertook several day trips to other islands and places of interest. Now that we’re home, we’re having major withdrawal symptoms and hope to visit again soon!
−Nothing - it was perfect. Just be aware that the bedroom is on a mezzanine floor, accessed by a narrowish staircase - this was absolutely fine for us but something to consider if you have mobility issues or are unsteady on your feet.

+The property was in an excellent location, it was exceptionally clean . The host was very helpful and answered all queries quickly and effectively , very friendly host and staff , great people.
−We didn’t dislike anything about the apartment, however a toaster and microwave would have been helpful. The apartment was smaller than expected and the stairs were daunting at night , you need to be active to use them safely.

“Good location, but very small space”
+The location was excellent. The place was very clean. It was sweet of the host to leave us a bottle of wine and some chocolate, and the outside patio and bikes were a bonus, even if we didn't get a chance to use the bikes.
−The apartment is really tiny with a bed in a loft up winding stairs, which was a bit hairy at night. There was very little space and the kitchen really isn't adequate to cook in.
