“Short and disappointing stay”
+The location is great! Right next to the city centre.
−We were delayed by our flight and I messaged the property on booking.com that we would be late by an hour. We get there and the first thing she says is how she’s had to wait for us. I had messaged her three times to keep her update on my eta. It was out of my control. I apologise and she mentions it a second it. Once we arrived we noticed the smell of vomit. Either the previous guests were sick and didn’t clean it up properly or the cleaning products they used smelled quite bad. After about thirty minutes the power completely switched off in the apartment. We asked them to come back and fix it, which they did. However, they told us it was our fault for “plugging in non-Croatian appliances”. We had not plugged anything in, although it would be entirely reasonable to want to charge our devices using plug adapters. The owner show us how to reset the circuit breaker incase it happened again. We decided to check out early that very hour and got another apartment 1 minute down the road. We did not attempt to get our money back although it would have again entirely reasonable.

+The host is super lovely and great at responding. The aparment is small but enough for what you need and the locaiton is excellent a 4 minute walk and you are on the Riva. I would stay here again :) On a final note to the lovely host she is also went the extra mile for us when we needed additinal towels and even sent a super helfpul message with places to visit, eat etc during our stay.
−The only thing I wish I knew was that it was on the 5th floor with no lift. This is just something to be aware of if you have chilren or larger suitcases. This again is not something to stop you from booking this place just something to be aware of.

“Polecam”
+Apartament ma wszystko co potrzebne. Do starówki kilka minut pieszo. Bardzo czysto. Łóżko wygodne.Pani gospodarz, miła i pomocna.
−Apartament na 3cim piętrze bez windy. Na szczęście walizek nie dźwiga się co chwilę.

“Super séjour, je recommande”
+L’emplacement est top on est proche du centre ville. La propriétaire des lieux est très gentille et chaleureuse, on a même eu droit à un nettoyage de l’appartement à la moitié du séjour.
−Cet appartement manque d’ustensiles de cuisine (il n’y pas de louche ni de spatule en bois, la passoire des pâtes est bcp trop petite pour la quantité que mangent 4 personnes…). Le manque de prise électrique c’est également ressenti

+La ubicación es genial (aunque al principio cuesta un poco llegar) y hay un parking justo al lado que fue de los más baratos que encontramos. Además, el precio era bastante económico para lo que se suele ver en Split, por lo que en resumen ofrece una buena calidad-precio. Los dueños son una pareja muy agradable: nos esperaron bastante tiempo a nuestra llegada, fueron muy simpáticos, nos explicaron todo con detalle y nos dieron un mapa con consejos y las atracciones de Split más importantes. Sin embargo, hay varios aspectos importantes a mejorar: Comodidad: Hacía calor en el apartamento y, al no tener ventanas, la ventilación es complicada. Aún así, había un aire en el salón y si se mantienen todas las puertas abiertas, llega al resto de salas. Menaje: Las sartenes estaban en muy mal estado y hacían falta unas nuevas. Suministros: Solo había un baño y había poco papel higiénico. Como anécdota, el método de pago nos pareció un poco raro (tuvimos que hacer una transferencia y luego pagar en efectivo), pero al final todo salió bien. A pesar de los detallitos a mejorar, salimos contentos por el trato y el precio.

“Gran anfitrión y ubicación excelente, pero el apartamento necesita mejoras”
+La ubicación.
−El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia, y agradecimos especialmente su ayuda para encontrar aparcamiento. Como aspecto mejorable, creemos que el apartamento ganaría mucho con una decoración más actual y menos recargada. Asimismo, una renovación del menaje sería recomendable, ya que encontramos algunas tazas sin asa y una vajilla, cristalería y cubertería compuestas por piezas muy diferentes entre sí. Un conjunto más uniforme contribuiría a transmitir una mayor sensación de cuidado y haría la experiencia más agradable.
