+Location, easy to get everywhere, well appointed (except no toaster that we could find!) Very happy with it and would highly recommend. Has been renovated since the photos and bathroom is lovely. Large outdoor area is an added bonus.
−Not a "didn't like" but - it would be helpful to know that to find the property you walk between two sides of a restaurant up to a doorway to access the apartments. Also the restaurant below has a large steam outlet on the balcony - lovely smelling food wafting around was very enticing!

“Excellent, would stay again.”
+The host were very proactive in contacting us and responsive with any questions. You can't beat the location, it is 3 minutes walk downhill to the Riva promenade and walkable to everywhere in split.
−Fri/ Sat nights can be a bit noisy from the restauraunt below if you are in the bedroom with the balcony, but if you turn on the AC it drowns out the sound. :)

“Split un lugar felíz”
+La ubicación era excelente cerca de la Riva, comercio y restaurantes. La anfitriona muy amable y flexible, se esforzó por adelantarnos el check in. La terraza permite disfrutar un desayuno con los rayos del sol o un aperitivo con la brisa se la tarde. Las fotos son antiguas, actualmente es mas bonito.
−El termo de agua caliente de la ducha es pequeño para uso de varias personas, por lo que hay que moderar el uso.
