“Nice host and comfortable property for a group of 7, although I’d be careful trusting the photos.”
+The property comfortably housed our group of 7, and common areas were air conditioned. There was a nice terrace.
−The first few photos aren’t photos of the property; it is much less modern (you need to see the last photos to get an idea of what it’s liked), so we came in expecting something slightly different. The rooms were not air conditioned.

+We liked the location, easy walking to the centre of town
−The apartment wasn't represented as in the photos advertised. Old and tired looking, and could do with a good clean.

+Our host was extremely helpful, even driving us into the old town and organising a return taxi to the airport on our departure. Good location, near the seafront and 20 minutes stroll to the old town if you follow the scenic coastal path. Apartment was older style but very comfortable and clean, with all amenities working as they should. Good value.

“Perfect for a group”
+The flat is well equipped with two AC units and two boilers, perfect for a group of 4. The kitchen has spices, oil, salts, everything you need to cook which really makes a difference. The table outside was great for relaxing at, and had mosquito coils provided. Ivan was friendly and helpful, we asked for an iron and he brought one over within a few hours. We managed to misplace one of the keys and he was very understanding. A great stay.

“Fantastic Stay at Apartments Maria!”
+I had a wonderful experience staying at Apartments Maria in Split. The host, Ivan, was incredibly polite and attentive. He always checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location of the apartments is perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the beach just a short walk away. It’s an ideal spot for both relaxing and exploring the city. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and extended stay. I highly recommend these apartments for anyone visiting Split - you won’t be disappointed!
