+We had the 3-bed Apartment and it was fab. Spacious, clean and beautiful views from the balcony. Really nice pool area which is much nicer than the photos suggest. Risan is 5mins walk away downhill, it's a lovely place with nice restaurants and swimming spots. Recommended
−Very steep, narrow road to the Apartment. It can make driving a bit tricky but we got used to it. Beds and pillows not very comfy.

“Wonderful stay in beautiful apartment.”
+Apartment was lovely, cool and comfortable. The view from the front terrace over the bay was outstanding and the rear terrace overlooking the pool was tranquil. Pool and pool area are excellent.
−Others had mentioned that apartment is up a steep hill, which it is, but this didn’t bother us and is why it has amazing views.

“A very nice stay with a seaview”
+The accommodation was very spacious and all the basic stuff was there. Road to the house was very steep and narrow, but parking space was nice. All the rooms were nice and also the livingroom. The swimming pool was very nice and quite big also.
−Narrow and steep road to the house.

“Beautiful view.”
+Spectacular view, and comfortable apartment.
−The apartment had a lot of cob webs on the walls. The road to the apartments (up hill) is an adventure, but it goes hand in hand with the view. The kitchen was not very well equipped, no coffee maker. It is important to note that there is almost no amenities, no soap, one roll of toilet paper in each toilet, no dishwashing liquid, no broom, or mop. no floor mat in the bathroom, and the shower did not drain well, so we had to improvise. Maybe it was because it was at the beginning of the season, and things were not set up yet.
