“Bed Bugs”
−Unfortunately, we were bitten by bed bugs during our stay. After only noticing more bumps at home, we notified the apartment and they found bed bugs in this apartment... While there was a bed bug infestation in the other room in july (we stayed early september), there is no compensation from the host.

“Near the ferry”
+Nice location, friendly staff, has AC, I found the beds comfortable.
−We took this apartment initially to have parking near the ferry but actually it doesn't have parking (public parking is available though, we paid ca 37 euro for a day). It was a bit difficult to carry up the luggage on the stairs, not sure if someone less trained would manage 💪🏼😁 The lights in the staircase are only partially working, we needed a headlamp to reach the apartment door.

“A comfortable stay with stunning sea views and a perfect location for exploring Split.”
+The apartment was cozy and well-maintained, with a beautiful sea view from the fourth floor that made the stay truly memorable. The location was great,close to the beach and city center, making it easy to explore Split.
−The only challenge was that the apartment is on the fourth floor without a lift, so carrying luggage was a bit difficult.

−It was very basic for the cost so really felt like we didn’t get value for money. Asked to check in early but the room wasn’t available until 4.15 unfortunately, we were able to drop the bags though. Toiletries provided amounted to some hand soap and one toilet roll for a family of five. Some basic toiletries would have been helpful for our overnight stay. I couldn’t find a hairdryer despite it saying there was one. The sofa beds in the kitchen and main room were not comfortable, nor were the pillows. Subsequently we all got a very poor nights sleep before our travel day home. Overall we were disappointed. The pictures suggested it was much more spacious and higher spec than it was. We didn’t want to spend any time in the accommodation. I’m sorry for giving a poor review but feel for the cost it was disappointing. The lady seemed nice and did say to contact her if we had any questions but for one night it just wasn’t worth the hassle.

+El apartamento tiene, una ubicación totalmente estratégica para quienes necesiten moverse por croacia. La estación de tren, de buses y el muelle están una al lado de la otra. Las vistas son bellisimas. Pero la distribución del apartamento fue algo que le gustó mucho. Aunque varias veces me golpeé la cabeza por el techo jajaja
−No me gustó pasar solo una noche. Definitivamente volveré a hablar con Lucijana para volver al apartamento cuando necesite quedarme en split pro algún motivo.

+- L’accès rapide au port - La cuisine équipé
−- 4 étage sans ascenseur - Logement non adapté pour trois couchages séparés - Isolation sonore (train, bateau et travaux dans l’appartement d’à côté 7j/7 de 7h à 20h !!!) et isolation thermique proche du néant (la clim ne permet pas de rafraîchir l’intégralité du logement).
