“it was nice.”
+Location fantastic. Host was responsive. Neat & clean rooms & spacious bathrooms. There is a Grocery store right in the building. Fewer steps to climb.
−just the rooms were smaller than expected. not enough coffee capsules to last us for day stay. We had two apartments for 8 pax. sofa cum bed was not at all comforatble. Its time to replace the towels as they were fraying from the sides. One of the apartment has a basement room and no internet connection there. The upstairs apartment did not have enough cups, cutlery.

“Good apartment in amazing location!”
+Good apartment in fantastic location. Couldn’t be in a more central location. Everything you need is on your doorstep. Perfect for a couple of days in Split. Zoran was amazing, any questions he would help you with anything you wanted, and super quick responses. Apartment was also super easy to get in and out of.
−Can get a little noisy with people walking up and down the stairs due to the old age of the building, but nothing major.

“Close to everything!”
+Close to historic center, Riva, Marjan Steps and Varos neighborhood. The room was comfortable. I loved hearing the church bells at 7 am. The host was very receptive and gave great restaurant recommendations. The housekeeper was so nice to help me carry the luggage down at checkout.
−It would have been nice to have beach towels. The building does not have an elevator so luggage has to be carried up 5 floors.

“dissapointing”
+central
−Apartment says that there was an inner courtyard view. This is incorrect. There is no view. There is very little natural light in this apartment. The windows open onto the back of a restaurant. There are internal spiral stairs in the apartment to go to a lower level which are extremely dangerous as they are tight, have no handrails and are made of steel. Very unsuitable for children and even adults. The host when they send welcome message even warns you to be careful of them. The entrance to the apartment is very uninviting and the door at street level did not require the pass code to enter as the windows in the door had been removed. There was also a persistent smell in the bathroom from sewage. Very expensive stay for a viewless box!
