“Excellent Location, but Persistent Heating Problems and Disappointing Management”
+The location is undoubtedly one of the property's strongest advantages. It is very close to the city centre, train station, cafés, restaurants, and major tourist attractions. Many places can easily be reached on foot, making it an excellent base for exploring the city.
−We stayed in Apartment E for six nights with our one-year-old baby. The apartment is on the fifth floor of a building without an elevator, making access with a stroller and luggage difficult. From the first day, the apartment was uncomfortably cold, particularly the living room and bedroom. The radiators barely heated. Instead of investigating, management suggested that we perceived the apartment as cold because we came from a warmer country. They repeatedly insisted that 20°C was sufficient, dismissing our concerns. After repeated complaints, a technician finally inspected the system, found significant trapped air in the radiators, and had to add water twice. This confirmed a genuine technical problem that should have been identified before our arrival. Unfortunately, the problem returned later during our stay. The thermostat appeared set to approximately 20°C, and the apartment remained cold. Despite repeated requests, management refused to provide individual room temperatures or overnight temperature records, sharing only general readings. “Feel like home!”
+I can not imagine a better location so close to city center as well as HBF!! Parking place 50 my; very nice restaurants starting from 50mt distance. The apartment kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need. Check-in was so easy whichever time you arrive. Clean bed, linens, bath. It was an excellent stay. For whom looking for a temporary stay; should definitely consider this place! PS: next week I’ll be staying again 🤗
−Shower gel shampoo is missing in bathroom. Do not forget to bring them with you.

+Apartment im Dachgeschoss. Persönlicher Empfang sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Haus ruhig. Alles sehr gepflegt, Ausstattung wertig, alles da, auch umfangreiches Küchenequipment. Lage genial, am Rand der Altstadt, wenige Fußminuten zum Münster, trotzdem ruhig. Wäre auch für längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.

+De mooie lokatie bijna in het centrum, Heel schoon appartement , fijne douche
−Het bed maar dat is persoonlijk klein tweepersoonsbed wat hard ligt. Inchecken ging moeilijk omdat onze creditcard niet werkte . Maar de gastheer was echt heel vriendelijk en heeft het allemaal heel netjes voor ons opgelost . Appartement leek een beetje op een kantoor in het midden met een heel groot bureau

+Größe Wohnung, modern ausgestattet, mitten in der Stadt.
−Anmeldeprozess unglaublich kompliziert, mit zusätzlichen Apps, Dokumenten etc. Kaution kam erst auf Nachfrage und nach zwei Wochen zurück. Eigentlich als nutzbare Leistungen (z.B. Waschmaschine) nur nach Zahlung von vorher nicht angegebenen Preisen zu nutzen. Haustierpreis bei knapp 27 Euro pro Nacht - so teuer habe ich das noch nie gesehen. Hätte gerne storniert, aufgrund völliger Intransparenz der Preise, wurde abgelehnt.
