“Incredibly close location to Jezinac beach and equally wonderful host”
+The apartment is located in the basement, making it vulnerable to temperature fluctuations outside, but it has everything you need, from a blanket to a cutting board in the kitchen. Also, this flat has the best location to get to the Jezinac beach (approximately 7 minutes walk) and old town (approximately 20 minutes walk). Franka is an incredibly pleasant host, who quickly answers all questions and solves all problems, if you have it. I also want to thank her very much for allowing me to check in early and check out late.

“Best host!”
+Amazing host who helped us moving in and also gave some good advice about things to do and places to park for free. We had a late flight back and thankfully she allowed us to stay as long as we needed! The place was clean and had everything we needed including a sofa bed and a smart tv so we could watch tv at the end of the day! Couldnt ask for a better experience!

“Good for a city break as well as relaxation on the beach/in the sea”
++ Nice, communicative, helpful host with very good English + Possibility to do independent check-in by code + Possibility to store baggage after check-out which was very nice and helpful + Good price for the location in Split + Modern apartment and well-equipped + Close to a few shops and restaurants (I recommend restaurant/pizzeria Adriatic with beautiful terrace view) + Short walk to the best Split beach (Kupaliste Jezinac, Plaža Kaštelet), to Riva, to other attractions + Smart TV, air conditioning, fast internet, two independent rooms, two beds + Delicious free coffee
−- windows next to the main entrance to the building - sometimes a little moldy smell but leaving windows opened for the day helped

+Location was excellent for us as close to the ACI marina for the next part of our journey...AC a welcome relief from the hot sunny days
−The grounds of the apartment were a little unkept/untidy... not what you'd expect on your approach to holiday accomm, we wondered if we were in the right place..something to consider...don't let that put you off as the apartment location & price were good

+A spotless and contemporary apartment, just as pictured. The location is ideal, with the beach nearby and the city center within walking distance. The hostess was wonderful. I would absolutely book here again!

+Местоположение, природа, пляжи рядом, автобусная остановка, старый город и порт. Отзывчивый персонал.
−Очень мало пространство в ванной комнате, даже мы худышки по 55 кг еле там помещались )
